Im runnning this gcam 5.1.016.174405463 on RR-O-v6.2.1-20181829-starlte-Final. Best rom ever, all working to me and dont give a X about security patches etc. Phone stable and fluid speed too.

Guys I would install it but I am scared about camera...do I lose slow motion, 60 fps 4k, good quality? I prefer aosp ROMs but I don't want miss too many things from original...also galaxy store should not work right?

Why would u install an abandoned year old rom? Aosp for s9 is dead.

Because: It is a reliable, well developed, stable and extremely feature-rich excellent piece of software.
If you think it's dead; Revive it or, get over it and move on.

Its not reliable its a year old.
Maybe it was well developed, but its a year out of date.
I dont think its dead. Its obviously dead as well as all aosp roms.

Not being rude. But clearly you just came here for an argument. So instead of wasting your life starting arguments on forums. Why dont you run along and build a new aosp rom.

Because it's lighter and it has functions I like, but don't want lose security patches, camera performance and other features. So if it miss too many things I don't install it, also if there are no other updated aosp roms I will not try them.
But you can still like Aosp and download it.

Never heard of that. Stock roms are samsung based e.g soldiers, ambasadis. Aosp is lineage resurrection etc.

You implied there are stock roms based on AOSP, you said "APART", meaning apart from stock roms based on AOSP all other AOSP roms the camera is noticibly worse.

So it's based on Samsung Stock rom but lineage OS and the camera is as good as it is on the roms based on Samsung stock roms.

Camera is not bad at all, stock one is better.

Lol, I didn't wanted to generate a flame ^^; Btw.. as someone said, stable and old != reliable.. phone do the phone , stable and always running.. some other roms need to be restarted after 2 days, when camera or bt or gps broke etc.etc. it's a free works and excellent to me. Maybe on some phone this rom do not work like on mine, but nobody points a gun to u .. the android world is awesome for the customizing and freedom.. so be in peace! plus new builds i've tested are so incompatible with xposed, magisk module, fingerprints etc.... if u want a good rom , old, this is the one if not choose another

This seems like a great ROM! I have a question: I'm looking to buy a S9 Model SM-G960F/DS; would this ROM work on it? Would it be a straightforward process to root and flash?
