You can't be charging and asking for updates on xda, but no, there's no date. The developer said last week he would hang out on her. There should be some updates this week.

Small bugs I found

Some more bugs:
- After taking a screenshot, clicking in the edit button (the pencil one, that appears in the bottom right after you take the screenshot) does nothing. Long screenshot, delete and share button work just fine.
- When in landscape (only when watching videos, I believe) the sound bar is not quite visible, sorta getting cut by being too far to the right

That's all. Changing kernel solved the screen block when receiving phone calls with the fingerprint enabled. Battery seems a bit better, although I don't think I never really had drain issues. Great ROM for sure.

PE for this device is just based on XenonHD's device tree

does this mean, I could test XenonHD for stability and features (like fingerprint reader without goodix FOD) to see what PE+ will be in the next releases?
Currently I have PE+, okitaveras kernel 7.7 and okitaveras goodix FOD 1.3 resulting in a daily usable phone - with a restart here and there

Yes and no. I mean, It's different developer though, no body knows what will happen on each side.

If i flash this rom , can i expect the same UI and performance as the original pixel 3a on the Xiaomi?

Is this rom absolutely identical to the original pixel UI we have on pixel phones?

Any drawbacks?

No, at least not yet. The rom is on it's first release, which means there are some bugs. It also isn't as high performance as the version on the pixels phones. There are other issues like there is no compatible google camera that works for all three cameras on this phone. That said it is very similar in most ways, and you can expect updates to improve it in the future.

I have both phones. I'm actually trying to sell my 3a ATM, but that's neither here nor there. IMO, the Mi 9 SE is an all around better phone. I have a strong distaste for MIUI and most customized versions of Android. I thought MIUI was annoying, but possible to live with. I just don't want to have to set settings for an hour so my phone will perform normally. Once the bugs are worked out of the PE rom it will be light years ahead of the 3a experience IMO. The 3a is a good phone for the North American market, but it can't hold a candle to the value of the Mi 9 SE. My 3a did get Android 10 within 3 days though. So that was pretty cool.

I have both smart and from hardware side is better Mi 9se but from firmware sw , pixel 3a it don't have paragon ..
I bought xiaomi for install Pixel experience but i come back to Mokee until PE will be without bugs.
In case i advice you buy Pixel , second hand is better , it's more to solid .(consider PIxel have just Android Q)

Minor bug, but I've just noticed on the dialer it's showing calls under 'today' which actually happened yesterday. They have the right day of the week in the text below the number. I'm in GMT if that helps.
