Has anyone else been experiencing overheating frequently?

Drives me absolutely nuts that the phone gets hot to the point where it just turns off smdh!

So I just installed Bliss-v16.7-raven-OFFICIAL-gapps-20230516.zip on my phone and its fingerprint reder is no longer working, I just came from crdroid.

What is the differenec between Bliss-v16.7-raven-OFFICIAL-gapps-20230516.zip and Bliss-v16.7-raven-OFFICIAL-pixelgapps-20230605.zip?

While I did a full reinstall and wipe I found that the issue is actually linked to display resolution, fingerprint works without issue if the screen is set to 1440p but breaks on 1080p

Since I cant find screenshots is there an option to swap the back and recents buttons to be like a Samsung phone?

I would use LineageOS and the swap module for magisk but something about it breaks LineageOS last I knew.

I have found that no there is no ROM offered setting to do this.

However a Magisk Module to swap the NavBar buttons will work without bootlooping.

I found the AOSP Mods module worked flawlessly for me to get the buttons swapped.

I installed the Xposed version of the AOSP Mods - it is under Navigation Bar >3-Button Navigation
Enable: Modify the buttons order

The button order is reversed I've got the following settings
Left = Recent
Center = Home
Right = Back

In the phone it displays as
Left = Back
Center = Home
Right = Recent

I dont plan to reinstall it now as the two fought together with the blissify options. So I am just keeping my working magisk module for it.

By any chance is the version 16.8 in the downloads section under PixelGApps build what we should be updating to from 16.7 GApps build?

Was curious as this was in the downloads but not automatically coming up in the BlissUpdater.

I would stick to the OTA for updating from 16.7 to 16.8 for convenience. Both builds are the same so either way should be fine.

I tried to upgrade from 05/16 to 7/20 and I messed up so I wiped everything and installed the July firmware. When I flash the boot.img from bliss_raven-img-eng.nobody.zip and try to enter recovery, I get the no recovery dead android. I don't see anything else in the instructions for new flash. Can anyone help?
