How do I enable the fm transmitter ?
I add ro.fm.transmitter = true to buildProp and then reboot.
But it's still not working

Hey Guys ,

I am having a battery drainage in my XSP [ AICP ] ( Performance is great though )

. I have the following things in my SP :

1 ] AICP 8-20 Build
2 ] Stock Kernel Of AICP
3 ] [MOD] Gov Tuner Project (August 23, 2016) [ Profile : Battery ]
4 ] Pure Performance X
5 ] Greenify [ Aggressive Doze Enabled ] including few system apps hibernation

Currently I have SOT 84% - 18 HRs remaining

Whenever I use data , my battery drains faster .......

PS: Can any one please suggest me the settings that will give me the best battery life along with performance That would help a lot !!!!

Well to be honest just try without the in my opinion unnecessary "performance" apps. They might seriously interfere with how your phone normally would sleep. Just use BetterBatteryStats from XDA to monitor any unwanted behaviour. Stock normal AICP rom with AICP kernel and I'm getting great battery life.

Currently switched to AOSP 7.0 and its working great for me along with the battery backup !!! I wish the AICP of Android N Comes Soooooooon

Headphones icon always on

The headphones icon always appears even when the headphones are not connected and when I try to listen to music by loudspeaker, the sound does not come out.
I've tried to reinstalling the ROM to see if solved, but nothing has changed.
How can I solve this?

Tangerine is a discontinued kernel and will definitely not work on latest AICP builds. Please use the Helium kernel instead if you still wish to use a custom kernel.

Plus, this question should've been posted in the QnA thread.

How to skip the wifi verification on the first setup? please help me.....

My device is Huashan and recently have the AICP ROM
Before connect it is showing the wifi searching screen....
after connect it comes back to the language selection screen....
and get stopped on there.... next bottom is working but the next function isn't working....
What should I do?

1- Reboot to recovery and mount system r/w.

2- go to "/system/priv-app/" and delete "SetupWizard.apk".

3- reboot to system.

problem with gapps.

i tried installing open gapps but it shows low system partition, tried full,stock,nano,minimal even aroma but it has no effect, rest of the os boots perfectly but i need gapps. also, while installing os i wiped all partitions.

I updated and cleaned up AICP sources up to cm-14,1 state.

I tested it quickly to check it's working.
Will let you guys test it and actually use it.

must I use opengapps specifically? or any gapps with the correct architecture will work?
I tried the latest 12.1 with delta gapps for N(7.1), but I got the setup wizard error, when I enter to: "settings > app > setupWizard > permissions";
all permission were already granted and changing them did no effect, all of this was made on a clean install, wiped everything but my external SD card
PS: deleting runtime-permissions also did not work

Hi. I've used this rom a year and a half and i was really pleased over the time that you did what sony wouldnt.
After 2 years with XSP i've switched to Redmi3 with AICP to and it's all great.

Thanks to your team you give what phone makers cant achieve.
