ROM Update! v3.2 is Live!

The update to v3.2 adds the May Security Patch, a couple of new features, and overall ROM improvements, see change log(s) below.

If you're already running Scorpion, just follow the directions under "Updating".
Please, do a clean install if you run into any problems, sometimes "Dirty flashing" causes jank...

The OP will be updated following this post.

Downloads:
*Note(s): Check the upload and build dates for the proper downloads

(These instructions are from Linux, which is what I use. You may need to make adjustments to the commands if using Windows)

First Time Installation:
*Note: Make sure you are coming from May stock firmware
1) Download the ROM.zip and the bootMay.img from above
2) Plug the device into a PC and open a terminal
3) adb reboot bootloader
4) fastboot flash boot bootMay.img --slot all
5) fastboot reboot-bootloader
6) Using the device volume buttons, select Recovery Mode
7) Go to Wipe data/factory reset and confirm the wipe
8) When it's done, select Apply update from ADB (This will allow you to sideload the ROM.zip)
9) adb sideload S*.zip
10) Reboot


Updating:
1) Download the ROM.zip from above (and boot image for root, if needed)
2) Plug the device into a PC and open a terminal
3) adb reboot recovery
4) Select Apply update from ADB (This will allow you to sideload the ROM zip)
5) adb sideload S*.zip
6) Reboot


For both installs, IF you want root, patch the provided boot image with Magisk Manager and flash it with fastboot

Why would this be important? You can still watch Netflix with L3 if you hide it on Magisk manager.

Does anyone know why my P3XL will not stay in debugging mode? It just automatically turns it off right away.

Currently sing pixeldust on crosshatch from 5-9-2020 ATM.. works great but pretty excited to finally give scorpion? ROM another swing. Hopefully I'll have time today to flash

So happy scorpion is maintaining updates almost every month. Biometric on this pixel3 works so great; can't live without it. Best phone I've ever used.

Would it be possible to upgrade my AOSP 9 Running Scorpion ROM to the current versions(10) strictly through fastboot, since

fastboot.exe devices

does detect my phone

I want to make sure I have this straight, you are trying to flash latest version of Scorpion (Android 10) over an older AOSiP (Android 9/Pie)? If that's the case you need to flash your device to the matching Google factory images first, then follow the instructions in the OP.

I am in the process of uploading the July builds for Scorpion and will be posting here again when they've finished (not long now )

Awesome. Yes I was basically asking if the process to update was possible through fastboot alone. I understand I will probably have to update the factory images before stepping up to latest Scorpion.

This has happened to a few others in the past. Were you on a different custom ROM before? If so, you need to flash the factory firmware to both slots and then flash Scorpion.

Hey there! Looks like https://git.scorpionrom.com/srx/vendor_img_blueline is not accessible. I can hit the url, but I am unable to dl the vendor.img file on the build box, nor am I able to dl it via browsers.

For now, I was able to build by manually adding the vendor image from Google's factory image download page.
