You are already on OneUI 3.1 with DUF9.I got today new galaxy s20+ with the latest firmware (G986BXXU8DUF9). I'm big fan of crDroid from Oneplus phones. Do i have to install OneUI 3.1 before flashing this rom?
where did you find twrp for this device (G986B)?
Which ROMs are up to date for Galaxy S20? I don't think Lineage is any better...When is the next update is planned for this great ROM?
Thank you in advance.
BeyondROM is the only daily usable ROM for any of the S20 Exynos variants unless you want a tonne of bugs and no decent camera. Currently, ALL of the Lineage based ROMs are no good at all.Which ROMs are up to date for Galaxy S20? I don't think Lineage is any better...
Just usable or better than the stock one?BeyondROM is the only daily usable ROM for any of the S20 Exynos variants unless you want a tonne of bugs and no decent camera. Currently, ALL of the Lineage based ROMs are no good at all.
It's almost perfect for me just waiting for that 120hz or even 96hz tbh
Oh I thought the 120 was already working with this rom. It's almost perfect for me just waiting for that 120hz or even 96hz tbh
Cameras are always way worse on AOSP ROMs, Lineage or otherwise. This has been true since the dawn of time and will likely never change.BeyondROM is the only daily usable ROM for any of the S20 Exynos variants unless you want a tonne of bugs and no decent camera. It is based on the stock rom, but debloated and rooted. As usable and reliable as stock, with all the flagship features fully working. Battery life is vastly improved with the default settings selected during install.
This Rom is dead. Unfortunately no more supportHi can't find the provided recovery or update. Thanks for the work you put onto this project

For the first time in more than 10 years, i bought a Samsung and it will be my last Samsung for many years to come. I love modding, and Samsung makes it so difficult... Maybe i'll buy a Sony next time, if they're still around.Same here. As you can see in my signature, I have always run custom ROMs, actually always LineageOS (and its predecessor CyanogenMod). Since this is my first Samsung device (for lack of a great Google/LineageOS-ready device), I found that it's hard to get LOS back with all the functions I need now. Samsung is just sh** in regard to custom ROMs, compared to other devices. Just look at the process of unlocking, rooting, installing the ROM.
So thank you even more to the devs here working on custom ROMs for this difficult brand!
So xBrownieCodez you just said camera is fully working. You mean the AOSP camera included in the ROM? All 3 lenses are working? Last time I tried it always crashed as soon as I switched to anything but the main lens. That's what still kept me from going for crdroid instead of stock-based ROMs.
I love the community of xda and i used to flash custom roms since i had an htc hd 2 , but today i have some priorities like banking apps and camera , so yeah right now i am sticking to stock (although i tried several roms before ) until i get 120 hz atleast , btw thanks to the devs for there great efforts .
Updated, you can install it via OTAOne question. When do you planning the next update of these great Rom?
Thank you very much for your reply in advance.
