I had flashed the Arrow 12.1 Vanilla over the the new clean flash of Arrow 12 Vanilla and everything is fine.
I used the Vantom 2.02 kernel before. Use someone the Vantom kernel withe the new 12.1? Are there changes in the efficiency of the new 12.1 kernel or is it the same as under Arrow 12? So is it useful to change the kernel?

How is 12.1 compared to 11? I'm still on 11, but it doesn't seem to receive any more updates.

Yup, I am using Vantom 202 over Arrow 12.1. And I am getting about 20% battery draining overnight (one of two nights only). Everything else seems ok.

Not rooted... Maybe it was just this night, will wait a few days since I flashed both just two days ago.

No root. And I have flashed the ROM clean (wipe data/internal storage/cache/dalvik) again. Of course I get errors withe system-ui after dirty flashing.

If someone will use a good text to speech engine without Google, in Arrow 12.1 vanilla, in navigation (Komoot / OsmAnd...), here is my way:
1) install F-droid
2) selekt microg repro to F-Droid
3) install microg in this line
- Services Framework Proxy
- Services Core
- Droidhelper
- Fake Store
4) go to microg settings and enable all. Configuring MicroG
5) restart system
6) iinstall Auroa store in F-droid with your Google account.
7) install eSpeak NG in Aurora store. If you don't install this you can't set the in 8) installed engine as default.
8)go to the Google play store website, and login and bye a CereProg TTS engine in your language (0,69€)
9) go to Aurora store and install the app you bought in 8). You see the price to pay but klick on it and you can install them.
10) Now go to settings/system/language and input/text to speech output/
and select in "preferred engine" the engine frome CereProg you have bought under 8)

Finish. If you can't change the engine choosing at first eSpeak and after that choose 8) as default.
Now you have a good TTS engine with a good voice

Thats true, is there a solution for volte? If I use 4G calls I can't reach anyone. And if someone calls me I see only his double number.
But the 12.1 is real stable. I get no problems and everything works fine. Only the battery is not so good as under 11.
I have no problem to come over the day with power using.
I wait a week and have a look, after that I check the Vantom kernel.

man why do you have to give us google app and digital wellbeing preinstalled?
if we wanted them we would install them
make the gapps as minimal as possible and everything is available i am assuming on the play store, is it not?

I think you can Uninstaller the apps by adb. In the app settings you see the name of the file like com.duckduckgo.mobile.android for duckduckgo browser.
start adb console -> type: adb devices -> type: adb shell
-> type: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.duckduckgo.mobile.android

Which apps do you mean. I only find duckduck browser as a security problem.

anyone else notice the "location" and the "Camera" in use indicator leds turning on randomly once you insert a sim card in your phone? I remove the Sim card.. its gone.. I put my sim card in then the camera sporadically turns on

Hello.
I'm on ArrowOS 12.1 + Vantomkernel,and about fast charging,from 10% to 100% with official Xiaomi charger,it takes approximately 1h25(if you don't use your phone to play games or to do others things).
Great rom,it can be used daily.
