Hi!
System - For Developers, I have included "USB Debugging".
And that's all, debugging is no longer disabled - after disconnecting - reboot - "Debugging via USB" is always on.

Bug? How to disable?

How is this rom to daily drive? Stability wise? Does cts pass out of the box or just with magisk hide? And lastly how big are these nightly updates in size? Thanks :)

First of all, it depends on what version of Redmi Note 8 you have (ginkgo or willow) and if you want the ROM as Vanilla ora with gapps included.
I have a willow (Redmi Note 8T) and I use Arrow as daily driver, but I experience sometimes random reboots (I heard gingko has not such problems. It is a Kernel thing). With Quicksilver Kernel the random reboots are solved, but you need to flash it after every update. Automatic updates are not working, even with data decrypted, at least for me. So for an update you need to flash the ROM in recovery, after you cleared dalvik, cache, system and vendor.
The size of the ROM if you read, you can find it yourself. I mean, if you read the first post, there are the links to the downloads.
For me this is the best ROM for my willow, and the best Android ROM I have ever used on any phone.

Man if I can help someone I always do. I have replied to people in many threads. So don't just judge without knowing next time. Thanks!
Hitting the like button if one is more people give you detailed answers to your bunch of questions is not a big deal and motivating. To less seem to care about that, more people behave like kind customers just searching for the very best and easiest solution. This time it was you that choose to move on in that manner. But to be fair it was not my intention to say you're generally ungrateful or egoistic and if you felt so, I deeply apologize. ✌️

To me hitting the like button means nothing. To give back I pass on what I learnt to others. Coz that's what matters. A good deed for a good deed. So no need to apologise. All good. You do you. I do me🥰

I never have that problem. Check your firmware and your usb cable/adaptor too.
I installed the latest firmware from the link of the first post and went forward according to the instructions. When I charge the phone, it does not charge fast and it does charge slowly.
Before, everything was fine. There is another thing, when I open the camera, I see the image jump in the phone for photography. The phone screen fills where it shows the camera.

I've been using with stormbreaker kernel since the last update around june 17. No issues with abnormal battery drain. Try it out.

Where can I find walkthrough to install microG for this rom? May you help me?
    Download F-Droid and install.

Then copy this URL to your phone's clipboard.

Go to F-Droid, then tap on Settings > Repositories > Plus Sign + at the top right corner. Copied URL will automatically assigned to the relevant fields. Of not, add them manually as

    URL - https://microg.org/fdroid/repo
    Fingerprint - 9BD06727E62796C0130EB6DAB39B73157451582CBD138E86C468ACC395D14165

Tap on Add and make sure it's enabled. (Toggle the button to ON)
Go to f-droid home and pull down (Like in browser) to refresh the repositories.

Now, search for these apps on F-Droid and install them one by one.

    1) MicroG Services Core
    2) MicroG Services Framework Proxy
    3) FakeStore

*If any of these apps are not appear in your search results, probably you did not add the microG repository correctly.

After installing all these apps, restart your device. (Not essential but I did)

Now, Find the MicroG Services Core app on your app launcher and open it. Then go to Self Check at the top and make sure all options has tick (done) marks. If not, tap on that option and give permissions and make it done. 🙂

After checking all options, go back to MicroG Services Core app's home screen. Turn on Google device recognition, Cloud Messaging, Google Safety Net if they are off. Login to your google account if you need. It's optional. (It will not give any output if you logged in successfully.

    That's all. 🤘

    Build - September 24th Vanilla
    No root
    No Encryption
    MicroG Installed without Root
No custom kernel (ROM's original kernel)

I have flashed this ROM on last Saturday (It's 6 days now) and so far so good. Followed the exact procedure as the original post says. All files downloaded via the provided links by the developer.

Smooth and great as daily driver. If someone like to give it a try, try it. Recommended. Thank you devs. ❤️

Where can I find walkthrough to install microG for this rom? May you help me?
You can find an installer that does the job in the magisk repo, it's called "microg installer revived". Or you can use nanodroid for example. Cheers

    Hello.

Does anyone use the Zepp app for Amazfit watches on this ROM ?

    I noticed one bug.

If I want to add my own photo to the watch display in the Zeep app, unfortunately it doesn't work :-(

After selecting the picture nothing happens.

On other ROMs, however, after selecting the picture, the editor normally pops up in which I crop the picture according to my preferences and then upload it to the watch.

Can anyone who also uses Amazfit and the Zepp app try this ?

    Thank you very much.

    ArrowOS 11.0

    ABOUT
    ArrowOS
is an AOSP/CAF based open source project started with the aim of keeping things simple, clean and neat, both for the Android system and users. We understand the pain of unnecessary and sometimes rarely used mods/features being shipped with custom roms nowadays which may end up causing battery drains and/or memory leaks & crashes. This is being strictly avoided on our side keeping everything to a bare minimum, delivering stable performance all the time without destroying the AOSP interface. With users getting more used to tweaks and features, we added just the right features and customisations that will be actually USEFUL at the end of the day.
