currently which do u think is the more stable ROM there... i ws using LOS 15.1 for 2 months but now its giving me heavy idle battery drain.......

Also can anyone point me a good kernel to use....?? will flashing kernel improve perfomance or battery backup in anyway.......... kindly answer anyone.... i am kind of a noob and facing real difficulties with my 2yr+ old fone....... ZE550KL (2gb ram model)

I've tested almost all (Lineage OS and Ground Zero are the only ones I found I've not tested yet) Oreo 8.1 ROMs out there and this seems to be the most stable and bug free one.

The battery is good and the performance is very smooth during my tests, I'm using this ROM as my daily driver together with FireKernel for 3 weeks now.

My device is also the 2GB RAM model (ZE550KL), we have the same model.

Where i can find "show CPU usage" which shows cpu speed on top right corner. I can not see in developer option.

Is video recording, YouTube video streaming and Nightlight working without any lag? Also how's the battery backup and overall performance?

Yeah this is more stable than other Oreo Rom. I had tried other roms too buy for me its more stable than other. Minor lags i am facing but after turn off all animation than its works perfectly for mefor now. So wating for smoothness in this rom.
Nightlight is working with minor lag.
And about battery backup i am getting almost 5 to 5.30 hrs SOT.
And after all its upon users how they use.

Thanks for the reply. So basically this is the best Oreo rom to use right now. I think I will wait for the next build and then give it a try. Because LOS 15 official builds seem to be taking forever.

Yes. The battery lasts longer and it stopped some occasional lags I had on this ROM.
But results may vary depending on how you set up the kernel options. I recommend you test and set the options that suit your needs.

To revert to the stock ROM kernel you can dirty flash the ROM.

That's normal, titanium uses a lot of device resources. So if you are restoring many apps the device might get warm and slower while restoring.
