Result after wiping /system, /data, /cache and formatting /data Partition, flashing ROM + suggested NikGapps : Success.
So, your problems seem to happen due some Mistake on your Side. ROM is working out of the box.

My own answer: after clean flash the problem disappeared. Thanks for helping me help myself.Anybody faced the problem that, on a restart, the screen is flickering for a while until it gets to Sim -Pin input? That's the only problem I faced so far. Thanks

Use the searchbar in settings.I can't find the notch option in developer options. there are only dpi settings
I have no problem with bluetooth. I use tws headphones, a car radio, no problems have arisen.
Just follow the Flashing Instructions in the TO and every thing will be fine. No downgrade or something else is necessary.
