Someone who have installed this rom can verify calls via bluetooth is working? I need this to daily use. Thanx :)

Latest build 20181203. SIM card not detected.
Tried both dirty and clean flash. opening settings and looking at SIM card set up both SIM slots greyed out

Problem with magisk, can somebody help me?

Can't install root/magisk on this rom. It just doesn't work. Flashing magisk v18 from twrp, it finishes successfully, I reboot but theres no app that provides me root access. It was working on other roms, whats the problem of this one?

Yes, use a different TWRP, as the official one doesn't support vendor partitions, as of now. Try PitchBlack or Batik recovery and let me know.

I try Batik TWRP, it is solution, but not complete! SuperiorOS Pie working properly after flash with this TWRP, but another custom Pie not. I think, important is Format data too? but I don´t know when. Is different if I flash custom ROM after original MIUI ROM or custom after custom? When is Data Format need and how is important for sensors working properly: if is. Sorry, thanks.

Try other custom recoveries, please, as usually it's a wrong twrp when you get problems related to sensors. Data format usually wipes the whole internal storage clean, so you lose all your stuff, but it might help to fix some encryption issues. Not sure about that, but you can back up and try to format data.

Anyone experiencing any strange behaviour from the built in messaging app in the 20190113 build.
I'm getting a pop up message in the status bar saying messaging is running, every time I open the messaging app.
Also, originally I couldn't get the messaging app notification LED to work or get any notification sound for SMS to work. After changing some settings I managed to get the sound and LED to work, but the pop up message keeps coming every time the app is opened.
I dirty flashed this build over the 20181231 build.
If anyone can confirm if they have/haven't had this problem after a clean flash it would be much appreciated

    • Always Have a full functional Backup. Just in case!
      [*]First time installing crDroid to your Redmi 4A, or coming from another ROM:

      ** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery ( TWRP) Treble supported
      1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
      2) Boot into Recovery
      3) Wipe cache, system, dalvik cache , vendor & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
      4) Flash ROM
      8) Flash gapps
      9) Boot up

      [*]Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
      The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
      You need to flash GApps every-time you flash the ROM.
    Don't expect any support if you:
    • are not running the included kernel
    • have installed any mods such as Xposed!
    • have modified system files

    Dose the phone ask you for pattern on boot ?
    If yes, go to TWRP -> Wipe -> Format data
    Then type yes
