Hey guys, I have a Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 and every custom ROM i flash has the same issues so I was wondering if anyone could help me or tell me what i did wrong...

1st problem: slow charging. The phone charges 1% in 10mins or more but when i charge it from recovery its fine but i obviously want to sometimes use my phone when its charging

2nd problem: WiFi sometimes forgets my home network when phone reboots.

those are the 2 things I noticed and here's what I did. I wiped data and cache and then flashed CM11 and gapps and then i tried to flash a custom kernel but no change. I want to flash a custom ROM because I, like many other I9500 users, have battery drainage issues on stock 4.4.2.

Any help and advice is much appreciated!
