CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

Code:
Code:
#include
/*
 * Your warranty is now void.
 *
 * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
 * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
 * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
 * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
 * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
 */

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community

All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.
Downloads:

Cyanogenmod Server: http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=flo

Installation:

Unlock the bootloader
Flash a recovery
Reboot into recovery
Flash rom.

Reporting bugs:

You are allowed to report bugs only in this thread. Before reporting a bug, please make sure you are running as stock as possible. This means no custom kernel, no custom framework modification, etc. If you are using any of the above modifications, please flash the rom again to get rid of the modifications before reporting.

Report bugs on Jira at jira.cyanogenmod.org
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. The following is a useful format to follow. Note: If you can provide the latest night/build that the bug didn't exist, it would greatly help in tracking down what caused it.

Thx for this wonderful rom. All working as expected. Love weather info in status bar.
Yesterday I noticed "Miscellaneous" in battery drain info which was the highest. Same thing is present in S3 cyanogen based ROM. As this is my first discharge cycle from 100% charge, will report about that later.

On 06th nightly
1. auto rotate stopped working. Even reboot didn't fix it.
2. Battery drain "Miscellaneous"

So how do we get root back?

Goto settings . About . And enable dev options by click several times build number
Goto settings . Dev options . And enable Root

Unfortunetely there is no multirom friendly kernel yet.
And no tap to wake kernel for the moment.

Go 5.0.x . .. You won't go back. It'll only get better !

that's like saying buy a Ford, it's better, but not bothering to explain why... You might at least offer some reasons you think 5.x is better, other than being newer :D.

But seriously, I can't do 5.x at the moment for a few reasons, most notably xposed/gfe. So figured I would grab the final CM11 build if I could find it - thanks.

    Hey all,

    For a few months now, I've realised how many more issues CM-based flo has compared to AOSP-based flo, most notably the speed. Some stuttering and lag can be noticed when navigating around the UI, YouTube's mini-window is much choppier. There also seems to be some random display issues at times.

    Therefore, I've been working on a rebased set of trees that is completely re-done from AOSP. Together with it comes better stability, performance and possibly battery life (don't bet on the last one).

    The rebased trees contain all the features currently in the CM version. So don't worry about losing F2FS support, CABC/SRE support, and performance profile support.

    There is already discussion on getting this into CM. Before that though, I need more user input on how it fares for the general CM community. Currently, several people including myself have already tried and verified this. However, I still need more input for verification purposes.

    If you wanna try it out, here's the link: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24459283995309464
    You should be able to dirty flash it from a nightly at or before 31st March.

    Here are the trees:

    Thanks :)

    flo will have an official CM 14.1 build soon, courtesy of Simon Shields (forkbomb) :). He took the rebased trees and brought them up to 7.1.

    Is there ans custom kernel which supports double touch to wake?
    Yes, this one.
    With it, DT2W can be enabled in /system/etc/touchcontrols.sh.
