Mobile data isn't working for me on XT1022
Can't enable it on QS
The toggle in settings is enabled but it doesn't work and setting keep giving the green warning that it is disabled (Even with it enabled on data usage)
Music lags sometimes (even on other apps like Phonograph)
The rest is just running smoothly
SD card working fine here (Adopted)
Swipe up to multi-window is working fine this time

Hey guys .. the proprietary vendor file posted here is for all Motorola phones .. what should I do to clone only condor from that into my local machine ?

The only serious issue on the September 14 build is the external SD card problem. Lots of sub-issues related to it. Can't play any music, can't access photos through the Gallery, can't use the storage for downloads, can't transfer files to external SD without booting into TWRP, et cetera.
I wonder if changing the permissions of the card through the custom recovery would do any good.

For the September 14 Build
On Starting/restarting the phone, in case there is a missed alarm, then it plays for 2-3 sec on boot before android kills it and leaves a missed alarm notification. Ideally it should not have played those alram ringtone and only leave a missed alarm notifications.

For mobile data not working, go to "Settings" > "SIM Cards". Modify the "Preferred SIM" settings and choose the SIM card you want to use. Reboot your phone, if needed. Mobile data should then work. I had the same issue yesterday, and this fixed it.
For a temporary workaround to the SD card issue, use a file manager with root support, run it in root mode, and navigate to the external SD card location (usually /storage/<sd card name>). Bookmark the location from there for quick access. This won't make other apps detect files there, but at least it'll give the user some access.
I am certain the SD card issue is due to improper permissions. I guess "sdcard_rw" is supposed to have read/write permissions, but it doesn't. The problem with trying to change the permissions of an external SD card is that they simply cannot be changed, at least not through conventional methods.

Ik this is too early to complain or tell but still 14 sep build lags a lot ....while 11sep build was smoother than mm

A tip: Even Cyanogenmod repairs SD Bug, use the MX Player for playing Audios and Videos. Open Root Explorer> Click on the music or video and open to the MX Player > Get back on the home screen of the MX and reload the file list. Do this on all folders that have files.

CM Bugs Encontrados
1: Acostumbro escuchar musica por bluetooh en un equipo de sonido y este se conecta y hasta se ve que que el celular reproduce el mp3; pero en el equipo de sonido no se escucha.
2: Algunos juegos no corren bien. se Laguea.
3: Un bug con el almacenamiento al formatear como interna no aparece nada al conectar al pc. pero lo solucione con un truco.jajaja
4: No Graba Videos.
5: No reporduce videos guardados en la SD. pero con reproductor de videos que descargue de la play store si reproduce.
ESPERO SE CORRIGAN PRONTO ESTOS PROBLEMAS.

I did the clean install of sept 14th build, but still facing the same issue. I am using twrp for recovery in my XT1022 device. I wiped everything out except sd card and installed CM14. Please let me know if it is working for others.

I think so you have to update your TWRP to 3.x and also update your modem files
