I just did a clean flash coming from a TW ROM and I am having this problem too. Is there a fix for this?I have been noticing in the last few builds when my screen is off the home button doesn't always wake the device. Sometimes I gotta click it 3 or 4 times to get the screen to power on.
I am just doing dirty flashes. Haven't tried a clean install in awhile. Just curious if anyone is familiar with this.

What's the status building with the branch? I'm assuming noobls PoC is with the branch? If you are using mr1-staging branch, you arent going to be happy with the result ATM.
I can't answer on noobnl. I know he has been submitting to cyanogen Gerrit. The build i did yesterday was not in very stable form. Extremely laggy and black screen when turning off the screen. It's still a work in progress as it stands with the mr1 branch of cm.What's the status building with the branch? I'm assuming noobls PoC is with the branch?

Download an update, reboot into TWRP, navigate to the cmupdater folder, flash the update. There's no automated process as far as I know. Can someone please tell me how to use the cm updater with twrp recovery installed. Thanks:thumbup:

I am running TWRP and the updates are fully automated. It reboots, updates, and reboots again back into CM with zero interaction from me required.Download an update, reboot into TWRP, navigate to the cmupdater folder, flash the update. There's no automated process as far as I know.
Don't forget to do your wipes depending on whether you want a clean install or dirty install.

Good stuff. I never automate the process because I like knowing that it flashes the right things.I am running TWRP and the updates are fully automated. It reboots, updates, and reboots again back into CM with zero interaction from me required.
I used to do the same thing until the CM folks themselves said that it wasn't necessary. TBH I haven't had a single issue and I've been doing it this way for a couple weeks.Good stuff. I never automate the process because I like knowing that it flashes the right things.

NM it seems to be with just that person im trying to text is having the issue.is anyone having issues with sms on cm. ive tired 12/1 - 12/2 - 12/4 roms and sms doesn't work. anyone have a fix or solution.
I'm using the APN fix on SlimBean. So far, ehrpd has NOT timed out at all. However, I haven't been to an lte area yet to test the handoff. At least I can experience the good ping times over 3g without my device going los randomly.
P.S. been using the fix for about 6 hours now.

I'm new here. Could I get a post# where I can find this patch?I'm happy to report that with the patch my lte/3g connectivity has improved. I'm near the Evanston Chicago border. And when I'm at work usually I have no data because its constantly bouncing between lte and 3g. But now after the patch I have pretty much constant data. The longest a switch has taken varies between just about 2 or 3 secs to about 10 sec. Cm10. Its nice to be back.
