Require unlocked bootloader(D405D410), cwm/twrp for install and full wipe.

Based on latest CAF kernel.
Require unlocked bootloader.

I want release maximal working build.
Currently wifi/camera have problems.
If your deivce use IMX219, camera will not work, only front will work (lg kernel sources 10a not support it). I fix it soon.
I can upload test build

Any of D4xx can use it, different revision have different sensors (My D410 use IMX219)
