kind of same. Although we have an official maintainer who has moto g 2014.So how well is this maintained for the falcon device? Is it the same crap as for CM11-falcon, basically no maintainer at all from CynogenMod Inc? Or is this better now? How many maintainers are there now?
Yes, you can use TWRP. I used TWRP 2.8.3.0 the latest for Moto G but 2.8.1.0 will work also.what recovery for install CM 12. I have TWRP version 2.8.1. can I use that?![]()

No, but isn't CyanogenMod Inc. some kind of a company? At least to me it looks like they want to look professional. It looks like more to me than just a community effort. I think they even make money with it? That raises the expectations on what they should deliver.So you will be paying those guys...

Though it's a company now but still it remains opensource for our devices.
