[ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 13 For Moto X

I'm having issues getting data on Verizon. I get "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user" Also I have to use another app to get into the APN menu, as it's missing in the settings. Verizon stock ROM had it.

I've tried:
Changing to GSM mode to set them
Deleting telephony.db
Shutting off mobile data with wifi on and rebooting
Manually adding it as the default for apn-conf.xml

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here, on Sprint. I have been trying to get APN setting to show up, but it refused to.

Granted 3G works for me, so I would just wait a while for everything to settle down. LTE is not that big of a deal with me.

I factory reset and wiped cache. Are you using the latest TWRP?

Yes, and I did a data+cache+dalvik wipe before installing it, just like a do before flashing any other ROM

I had that problem because I was coming from a stock based kitkat rom, solved flashing previously a lollipop one (cm12.1)

I came from stock lollipop. Maybe if I flash cm12.1 before 13.0, like you suggested, it'll boot up.

Great work, thank you for such great rom, I flashed this along with nano Gapps and my camera won't start. It just says a message that Gallery app stopped. Do you wonder if is because of the Gapps? Can I flash another package of Gapps above what I already installed?

LP Modem working with CM13 ??

can i flash the modem from the 5.1.1 rom on top of this rom ? , the modem for my carrier firmware for LP works great on top of CM12.1 and would like to have the same with cm13...
is just that CM12.1 modem does not work that good for my carrier in Argentina...

CM does not flash it's own modem.
The 5.1 modem you flashed would remain the same until you change it.

Instagram doesn't reproduce the correct colors in videos.
Same problem with Facebook videos from the app.

Strange, no problem here with open gapps. Have ypu download the right zip?

Now that I get past the booting problem, i get the message "encryption unsuccessful" and get prompt to "reset phone" when CM13 boots. When i click on "reset phone", it reboots and it all happens again. How do I get through this? I'm starting to think CM13 hates my phone, haha

PS: i already tried to manually format data and cache partitions. Do I have to use any specific file system? I'm on ext4 on all my partitions.
PS 2: My phone was never encrypted.
PS 3: When i try to format my internal storage partition on TWRP, i got the error message "invalid partition selection".
PS 4: Fixed by reinstalling firmware via RSD.
