I've got a couple of questions:
How do you install Magisk on this? The magisk app says that there's no ramdisk (which on different ROMs it was) and that SAR is present (how?? wasn't it a thing only for Samsung devices?? are both of these just false detections??)
Another good question is, how do you get microG working well on it? I used the NanoDroid package to get microG on my device and it won't pass all the checks on the push notification tester
And the last question is, is it okay to install TWRP? I noticed this includes a custom recovery, and I thought that maybe installing a different recovery would break OTA updates

First of all it's not an easy task to port/build android 12 as oneplus didn't release sources for oneplus 6/6t and secondly I have heard that some of the dev's are trying to patch vendor's for Android 12.
So wait for couple of days/months for Dev's to release android 12 versions.

+1. MSMDownloadTool most likely is able to fix almost any sort of bricking you get. I was getting the qualcomm crashdump for anything I was trying to do except going into fastboot mode, but with MSMDownload and the EDL mode you'll fix your phone in no time.

All I wanted to say was Dev will post about update as soon as it's build or the rom is eol, so no need to ask again and again (lot of you guys have already asked if he was going with android 12 update or upcoming update sooner or later).

Just made dotOS 5.2 test build based on OOS11 and it's working fine..

Also, You will need to make Clean flash as we are moving to OOS11 base.. Make complete Backup of your device before flashing as flashing instructions has changed..

I know, I know some of people over here are mad over me as i won't post any update regarding builds.
Extremely sorry for that.. Reason for the delay was there was some issue in DT which was causing issue. But after that fixed, It was too late for the build so dotOS admin decided to schedule it for next month build....
And finally we are here.. dotOS 5.2.1 just released for Enchilada...
It's based on OOS11 so flashing instructions are changed.. You can see Updated Flashing instructions in OP..
