sound issue

ringtones and speakers (meaning loud speakers) not works

only works incoming ringer sound. all other sound is dead. earphone is alive.

Volte not working fine.

whenever i try to make Jio to Jio call (Volte to Volte) the call disconnect automatically with a miss call on others phone. I have tried all 17S 18S indian modems and 26S china modem also. But none of them helped me. I also backed up my own modem vefore switching to JUI. I also restored that but still no help. Please give a solution otherwise i have to roll back to EUI.
