What step are you stuck on?I have been going in circles trying to get lineageos 17.1 to install and run on a T-Mobile Oneplus 6T that was converted to use the international rom. Has anybody gotten this to work that could give me a little guidance?
I think I finally got it figured out. I was trying to use the steps with lineage recovery on the lineage site but the recovery kept getting overridden and i would get stuck in a fastboot loop. I stumbled across this guide which went much better. I think the multiple installs of both TWRP and LOS were what was missing. I did manage to get it to install once before finding this guide using TWRP but then the modem wouldn't work. Finally figured out I had to get OOS on the latest version before starting.
I think the developer is waiting for the official OOS11 release to use the updated device sources. Have no idea about the latest 17.1 builds (if that's what you meant).I've noticed that OnePlus 5's and 8's are getting LOS18.1 , but 6T is not listed and there hasn't been a new build in over a week. Don't tell me this model is getting abandoned. I haven't even owned it a year! Any news to alleviate anxiety would be appreciated.
lineage os 18.1 officialI wonder why 5's are already officially supported then. Surely OnePlus didn't roll out 11 for 5's before 6's, did they? I'm actually perfectly content to remain on LOS17.1 for as long as there will be security patches provided. As long as it's one or the other and not total abandonment, then no complaints.
The builds are removed from the official site..
I've read through the thread on 18.1. It seems A11 is buggy. The builds are removed from the official site..
Why not use 18.1?
And, if you really want 17.1 you have to find it on some unofficial sites.
You are right, also WFD is not working and nobody is working on it. No benefit from 18.1 yet.

So lineage 17 is dead on the 6T I see. Unanswered questions, Dev fled the coupe. Sad
