That´s nice. Unfortunately i switched to Havoc OS due to some glitches on Lineage 18.1 . Some of them releated to Android Auto . And it works really well with lot of customizations on top of it. And also is getting Android 12 upgrade soon.after upgrading to lineage 19.1 and flashing the newest mindthegapps Android Auto is working flawlessly.

Hi installed on LOS19. 1 but potroid mode is not working app closes automatically
normal for sideload to stop at 47 percent in the windows power shell screen but on phone says its fine.... ? and having trouble installing mind the gapps

I'm on Lineage 18.1 and I've been having issue with Google Timeline where I always have "No visits for this day". I have location history turned on:

I noticed my timeline stopped working 7/2/22 when I sideloaded Mindthegapps.
1. can someone confirm if my GAPPS package really could be the issue?
2. I tried installing Open GAPPS micro, non, and pico, but I always get the error that I don't have enough space. Can someone help me find a resolution to this?

1) YOu can't just install a gapps package after you install the OS and run it. You have to do a clean flash, install a gapps package BEFORE you first run the OS
2) 18.1 is no longer supported and you should run 19.1 and the version of whatever gapps you use for the version of android you're running (i.e. 12.1 android = 19.1 LOS).

Lots of possibilities. Why are you still using 18.1 when it was discontinued? You should use 19.1. You are probably using the gapps meant for 19.1 (android 12.1) but you are installing android 11(.1) . I don't use magisk, but you may be screwing up versions there too. Lastly, you maybe didn't copy partitions from A to B as you were told to do so in instructions. Those are all potentially your fault, or even a combination of multiple faults. Or maybe none of them are. But that's the best I can speculate. 99% of the time people have problems, they skipped something important without realizing it or mismatched gapps and android versions. Which gapps are you using?
If it were me, I'd try to just install LOS without any extras first, since you already reset anyway. If I then was able to continue, I would try it again with Gapps ( I prefer NikGapps core btw ). If I succeeded a second time, then I would try to include Magisk as well. You have to start eliminating variables to isolate the problem.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 11, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. - Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)

But to make the process easier for others, i will share the resulting .img firmware files and the steps to update your firmware..
1) Download the extracted firmwares:

I should mention that today i first updated the firmware, rebooted before i was going to get today's new LineageOS build. But before i did so, i noticed that the interface was snappier.. so clearly not due to the LineageOS update, rather they made some performance tweaks in the latest firmwares from Dec 2021 OxygenOS..
So it's really worth updating your firmware. Also because it bumps the vendor security patch level to November 1, 2021 (the OxygenOS update is, as they say, focussed on security fixes)
