I'm having this problem since yesterday. I already faced the same problem and it was solved only by a clean flash. I don't really want to reset my phone (ginkgo).
I tried clearing cache from recovery with no luck.

These probably just a stub apps - see if their size is abnormal, like they're below 1 MiB.
As long as the device tree is stable, it's okay not to have device changelogs.
I believe official crdroid for RN8/T is still maintained by DarkJoker360.2
