Hey, I messed up my upgrade by installing Gapps version 10 instead of 13. So I had to factory reset it. But after installing los 13 and Gapps. I couldn't install any banking apps or Netflix.

However, when factory resetting again, installing los 20 -> reboot to recovery -> installing Gapps 13 -> reboot to recovery -> flashing ihs8n. It fully worked for me to install Netflix from the stor and works! Not sure if the factory reset helped or if any of the steps can be done differently, but these worked for me

Can u share the link of the `ihs8n` u flashed or is it the generic version from git? As mentioned by the OP in earlier posts without any changes that he had mentioned..

If changes were made can u please upload the same with that and share.

How did you guys get on android 12 from a rooted stockrom?

is this still the correct way to upgrade?


1. [OPTIONAL, but highly recommended]Backup everything in case of issues!
2. Download the full rom zip file and place it into the root folder of your storage(/storage/emulated/0)
3. Go to Magisk Manager App and uninstall all modules
2.1 [Optional]: For some modules(read those instructions) you should do an reboot now, then proceed
4. Go to Android settings -> system -> system update and hit gear icon top right -> local upgrade, don't reboot yet!
5. Flash "TWRP ZIP" within Magisk Manager App like a Module: Magisk Manager App -> Menu -> Modules "+". This installs TWRP to both a/b partitions.
6. Install Magisk via Magisk Manager App again: Magisk Manager App -> hit install after your Magisk version -> hit again install -> hit "install to inactive slot"
7. Reboot your device
8. Reinstall your Magisk Modules(maybe a reboot is necessary)
Your device is now updated via local upgrade and you keep TWRP and Root


I ask because its am android version update.

I have downloaded the image from oxygenupdater.

As our device is EOL now, I want to make the switch to lineage.

For some reason, I can’t get into recovery mode by pressing buttons on my phone off. Firmware last lineage_20.0 from 2023.01.09. Which buttons I do not press "+", "-" still fall into the bootloader mode and only from it I can go to recovery mode.
Is it everybody’s or is it just me?

Official Lineage OS 20 based on Android 13 is out for OnePlus 7 (guacamoleb).

In the next firmware updates, can you add the option to the settings to select automatic reading mode for the selected applications?
I use the Alreader application. I tried to automate the setting of the "Read mode" with MacroDroid, but on the 13 android it fails. Some bans from GOOgle.

Reboot while doing the google assistant setup on initial boot setup wizard everytime but the second reboots sucess, but random reboots some seems related google app.

The first random reboot occured after saying hey google after set it to the default assistant.

Also there are random reboots basically like on LOS20 on official LOS19.1, but not on crdroid.

Which device do you own? You might be using the wrong rom zip, Oneplus 7 is guacamoleb not guacamole.

I would be very pleased if in the Power menu you would add switching features to Recovery Mode and Bootloader. For example, instead of Screenshot, emergency call, or blocking your phone. Or instead of all three.

Settings>System>Buttons>Power menu>Advanced restart.

Currently I am having problems with sensors, i.e., auto rotation is not working. Can some one please upload persist.img (lineageos 20)?

PS: I fixed the problem by flashing the persist.img downloaded via "https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261787050". That persist.img is for Oneplus 7 Pro; but after flashing it, all sensors are working well in my OP7.

I firstly downgraded the stock OOS12 to 11 (or 9, 10) to be able to root. Afterwards, I flashed this LOS20.

I was wondering if someone has digital wellbeing, or at least able to install well being. Been searching around but without any luck. Hoping someone has a solution for it! I can't install it from the playstore.
