thank you very much for your work! I have been waiting for this ROM for our device for a very long time! I'm going to install as soon as I have a free minute. I immediately wanted to ask about the frequencies of the lte modem? Is encryption enabled by default?

Hello, Dear i live in Pakistan, here are much more taxes to approve device..
almost 50% + duties we have to pay to work sim in mobile. this is totally wrong...
i have OnePlus 7.. it have changed IMEI permanently ( Patched) . i had updated it, reverted back..
IMEI remained same (Patched)

so my question is, if i flash this ROM on my device, will it revert back my original IMEI or will it remain same as now (Patched).

i purchased already Patched... now a days, refurbished or imported phones are being Patched by shopkeepers...

If it's software level patch, then there's no guarantee that it'll stay the same after you flash the ROM. If it's a hardware patch, it'll stay. I've never come across any such situation. So, I might be wrong.

hmm ok, i had reset, updated, revert back to android 9 ,, it remained Patched...

I got this reply from one of the group members:

installing/switching roms doesn't change the patched IMEI on OnePlus devices but they can backup EFS partition in TWRP just to play safe. Also add that changing IMEI is against the laws and you don't approve this in any way

Updated to last build yesterday. This morning, after connecting to Android Auto, Qualcomm crash dump mode again. It's not possible to make a trip without a crash. I'm not rooted so I can't post log files.

What you can do is from your latest version of OOS... Depending on T mobile, EU, Global/India, extract modem.img. and then flash it using
fastboot flash modem modem.img

This should hopefully solve the issue

At the moment, after 2 short trips, no problem! Let's see during the next days.

Till now even my inference is that people with outdated modem.img are having crashdump issues. That's why flashing latest modem.img is fixing that issue.

Hey guys ,been using this rom for 2 months it's great , however I have a few critical and major issues to share
1.the screen just won't run on suddenly but the phone responds,it's like the phone goes to sleep and doesn't turn on the display I'm not sure this problem is kinda like critical to me as my pizza guy was calling me and the screen just wouldn't turn on ,also praying this just won't happen again during anything emergency or very important
2. Whenever I call ,the call connects however the call before it connects it doesn't ring ,its just when I call someone or when I dial in there's a pause no sound no ringtone and the call gets connected however this isn't that major of a problem to me but the first problem is kinda very critical and hope it gets fixed soon thank you
