Bro, I was on PE 12 (your previous build) , as soon as the 13 build was released I rolled back to A10 using msm and then updated to 11 using system updater. But after that the required 12.1 release was not available for me. So I used oxygen updater to update to the latest firmware.

But when I'm trying to unlock the bootloader, it shows an error like " can't unlock dur to technical issues" . This is the first time I'm facing this. I had toggled the OEM unlock option, usb debugging etc. Can u help me here?
Unlocking bootloader is not possible from Oxygen OS 12.1. You have to unlock on OOS 11 and then local upgrade to 12.1 to keep the bootloader unlocked.

Oh I see, thanks a lot brother. Even on the new 12.1 oos my drm is at l3. Whatever I tried I have never achieved L1 after I first unlocked bootloader (I was unaware of drm at my first time). Any comment here bro @shantanusarkar
Doesn't seem like OOS 12.1 is similar to OOS in terms of L1. I don't even know if we will be able to achieve L1 on custom ROMs based on OOS 12.1 firmware without root. I don't care though. Anyone who is desperate can obviously root and do stuff.

I have GM1900, can update using oxygen updater ? It seems OOS12.1 is only available for GM1903 ?

Well... i couldn't find it to be honest.

I flashed Beta13 on top of latest PE12.

I might run into trouble, i'll report back but it's perhaps better to not take my bugs/issues to the letter.
Good luck. Have fun. You'll definitely run into some error. You have to flash it over oos 12.1. just flash any oos 12.1 stable version that's available for you device and then flash pe. It's such a simple thing.

I've been searching the web high and low, can't seem to find where to download it. My google-fu is failing me.

So far everything seems OK, i'll keep reporting.

Ok, first of all, to be clear: I dirty flashed this on top of PE12, without having OOS12 H.30 before.

BT - Working
GPS - Working
WIFI - Working. My job WPA2-Enterprise freaked out, had to delete and add again though.
GCam - Working, using Urnyx05
AndroidAuto - Working
Fingerprint - Working
AlwaysOn - Working

All apps seem to be behaving normally. The phone is fast, it always has been of course, but it seems abnormally fast. Even AndroidAuto is more fluid. This might be placebo but it doesn't feels like it.

FaceUnlock seems to be unavailable.

Decided to test OOS 12.1 before switching to PE13.
Few things are noticeably so good on stock rom, haptic feedback and sound quality primarily. Experience is good till now.

One thing i noticed... the PE13 Beta has a certain bias for overbrightness, even with dark mode on.

For example, covering the top of the device lowered (albeit slowly) the brightness to 18%.

After uncovering, on a normal bright room office, it ramped immediatly to 87%.

I also believe AOD is not only too much bright, but also with a fixed brightness. (this also happened on PE12)

Disregard that, the color profile was set to Adaptive. After setting to Amplified brightness returned to normal, although a little big high still.

Thanks 👍, also found it. They finally even published H31 for GM1903 global, which... renamed my phone's model to GM1901 🤷‍♂️:

Eventually I've installed PE13 over GM1901 H31 and it works far better than the stock (especially wireless AA responsiveness), so thanks for your effort @shantanusarkar 👏. As for now only VoLTE does not work for me (Poland) and battery drain is quite heavy, but I will observe the latter it in the next days.

I want to have the ability to record call without announcement and I have searched a lot but found no solution. I don't want to root. I tried to install OnePlus's dialer app
If anyone has a non-invasive solution for this than please point me into the right direction. I would really appreciate.

I studied this topic quite deeply and as I wrote in my post a little higher here, you can "break" the recording warning in google dialer simply by installing TTSLexx and selecting it as default text-to-speech app. This way you can manually turn on call recording without voice warning.

No application without root will make it possible to record calls on new versions of android using system sound, google has done everything to prohibit recording, the dialer application must be a system app. More about this is written here:
    https://nllapps.com/apps/cb/accessibility.htm

The OnePlus app will not work on this firmware. There are no mods so far i can see.
All the AOSP dialers and every other dialer need to be a system app to record calls.

If you need the auto call recording without root, then the last hope is to record all sound through the phone microphone. I checked both apps, they work, but of course the interlocutor is heard very badly.
    1) Cube ACR from the Play Store, after granting all rights to it, it will start call recording automatically.
    2) ACR Phone by NLL from the Play Store + you need to download the companion app to access the microphone. Here is a link to the companion and video instructions for activating it in the Android 13 section: https://acr.app/. The companion app must be granted all rights, and auto recording must be enabled in the dialer application settings. Works similar to Cube ACR.

I needed a good auto call recording, and I also didn't want to have a constant root, but the root is needed at the time of changing the rights of the google dialer. So I extracted boot.img from the firmware using Payload Dumper Gui, rooted it through magisk, and installed a modded boot on my phone. Auto recording is turned on with one flag in GoogleDialerMod app, then you can enable it in google dialer itself, that's all you need. And then you can unroot your phone by just installing boot.img without root, it will work without it. It's simple when you know how.

I don't think that going back to oxygen os is necessary as that is required for unlocking the bootloader and going from OOS to PE. If your bootloader is unlocked and you are upgrading PE12 to PE 13 than you can follow this Link to upgrade. Read it carefully and do as it says and you are golden. You have to do a factory reset for this so you should backup your storage before you proceed.

For all who are asking about Android 13, I'd like to say that I'm still testing Lineage OS with oxygen os 12.1 firmware. There are a few things still to be fixed and only after LOS is stable, I'll build PE because the next PE will also be based on oos 12.1 firmware. So expect a build next month with november security patch. If possible, I'll push a build within this month as well.

    THREAD CLEANED

Some posts have been edited, some have been removed. Whenever you're reporting a bug/issue, please remember to always include logs, steps to reproduce, or something that will help a developer diagnose what's up.

Friendly reminder: developers are doing this in their free time, as a hobby, and not getting paid for it. The least you can do is be kind and if they're unable to fix your bug/issue, you can always move to a different ROM, or the stock ROM your device shipped with, easy-peasy. :)

    Have a good day, y'all! (y)
