I'm having weird problems with LineageOS 17.1 (20210521) & Zenfone 6.
I tried to install LOS while I had stock Android 11 in my Zenfone but managed nearly to brick the phone. I managed to flash a stock Android 10 rom and from that I managed to install and boot to LOS 17.1.
I've flashed OpenGapps and Magisk 23.0.
The phone is working fine without SIM-card but when I have inserted the SIM-card the phone will start to be unresponsive after a while (sometimes 4 hours, sometimes after 70 minutes). Videos stop from loading in websites, apps won't start and after a while the phone will crash and reboot into bootloop. I have to to pwr + vol down reset to get back into LOS. After a while it will happen again but if I remove the SIM-card the phone will work fine.
Any idea why this does happen?
I managed to capture a bunch of logs when the problem occured again: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApQDpCdYgg9w6zWPegtx22LR7aEi?e=xabYEd

Log and needing to reboot to break UI restart loop look similar to rotation problem I had.

Code:
05-25 00:28:13.838 1340 1845 V AudioService.RotationHelper: publishing device rotation =1 (x90deg)
...
05-25 00:28:19.844 859 1844 F libc : Fatal signal 6 (SIGABRT), code -1 (SI_QUEUE) in tid 1844 (TimeCheckThread), pid 859 (audioserver)
...

Might try changing ro.audio.monitorRotation to 0 in /vendor/build.prop and see if you have any luck. I used TWRP to replace the file.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 9 (Pie), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

    Instructions :
    • Download the latest build and gapps/addons
    • Boot to recovery
    • Flash the latest build
    • Boot to recovery again
    • Flash gapps/addons
    • Reboot
    Downloads :
    Reporting Bugs
    • DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
    • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    • If it is a random reboot, grab /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops and /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
    • If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.
