I have tried this rom again today and I've found some issues with it:

1. I can't find the temperature setting for the weather. Should be in Celsius.

2. On full screen apps, it's very hard to show the notification drawer, compared to other roms.

3. Like all other roms I've tried for I9500, this rom has issues with the camera : takes mirrored photo in "selfie", and also has distorted preview on "selfie" when using Google-camera-app.

4. People who talk to me via a phone call say they hear themselves twice. It happened to 2 people so far. Please fix this issue.

Overall, seems quite a stable rom, but will need to use it more to see how it goes.

Unfortunately there are those errors that signals from its base in CM.
I think Cyanogen in their mad race racing you to Google and take his reign in Android has quickly taken many unstable ROMs, causing many users start to see this company in a different way and not as a direct competitor to Google.
While Samsung stock ROMs have their problems and are armored, Cyanogen has been losing ground to launch stable ROMs that take advantage of hardware features of a Samsung terminal emulations due to bad drivers on an original Android operating system.
I do not think we'll see better this way ROMs that are based on CM.

Is it all because of having Exynos CPU ?
If so, what's the situation with others? SnapDragon? MediaTek ? Intel? others... ?

With other microprocessors I have not read major problems and the number of ROMs developed two to three times the Exynos microprocessor designed for. I must say then that Exynos is a problem for developers is still the fastest microprocessor and leading the first flagship Samsung S4 ship ...

Exynos sources are not released by Samsung. Caused the whole development is hardest than ever.

MediaTek was also doing the same thing in the past (by not releasing source code). However, some newer MediaTek SoCs have their source code released to public now.

I need to correct you on section where I made it bold.

We can't say it as the fastest microprocessor, as some newer microprocessors are able to beat the clock speed of Exynos 5410 SoC (the fastest was Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 for single CPU, and Huawei's HiSilicon Kirin 950 for dual CPU).

And you said that leading the flagship? No. Snapdragon 600 implemented on GT-I9505 (another variant of Galaxy S4) has 1.9 GHz Quad-Core CPU. A little fast than Exynos 5410 (1.6 GHz at the highest peak).
