flashing instructions:

for first install:

• be on the latest 11 firmware on both slots
• download the file named like this: crDroidAndroid-12.0-XXXXXXXX-instantnoodle-v8.X.zip
• also download recovery
• put it in the same folder where your adb files are
• reboot to bootloader
• fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
• reboot to recovery
• choose "Factory reset"
• choose "Apply update"
• adb sideload "crDroidAndroid-12.0-XXXXXXXX-instantnoodle-v8.X.zip"
• reboot recovery
• choose "Apply update"
• adb sideload "gapps"
• reboot to system

to update:

• download the file named like this: crDroidAndroid-12.0-XXXXXXXX-instantnoodle-v8.X.zip
• put it in the same folder where your adb files are
• reboot to recovery
• choose "Apply update"
• adb sideload "crDroidAndroid-12.0-XXXXXXXX-instantnoodle-v8.X.zip"

some large gapps packages will not install due to lack off space

The ROM download and changelog links lead to OP8T instead of the OP8 which could be misleading for some users as they'd be downloading the wrong ROM package and brick their phones.
Also no link for the recovery although I managed to find it in the CrDroid SourceForge. Would be nice to have it here in the thread though.

Downloading the ROM for the OP8 right now and will be testing it soon.

Punchole touch is not working if u use single taps , also add unlimit edge touch option , there is multi touch issue with games

I have tried it for a week. Nice rom!. But the brightness would changed sharply sometimes when i unlocked my phone

It's an issue with some other custom roms for this phone. There's a slight change in screen brightness while using fingerprint unlock for me and it's a bit annoying yep.
