It works for chrome, not for YouTubeOpen chrome, go to chrome://flags
Look for dynamic color gamut and disable it. Seemed to work for me.
System tuner UI and elemental X can add that inJust to confirm, there is no AOD in this rom, right? Make sure I didn't miss anything.
The new build is running good. Definitely fixed the slight lag. Thanks for the update.there's a new build up , DeviceSettings was causing a lot off trouble so i had to remove it.
alert slider works again
I'm about to flash this so will make a patched image and upload here once I'm done.I feel like such a dweeb lol
Just did a clean install, everything good.
Tried to patch my own boot.img to root with no success. Then, used the PE patched img and now just stuck on the crdroid color changing eye logo at boot.
Impatiently waiting for your review, can't decide between this ROM and PEI'm about to flash this so will make a patched image and upload here once I'm done.
Just seeing if I can dirty flash over PE. Guessing not but let's see

Wasn't in the one i downloaded?ROMInstaller.bat
Should be in the archive.
You should do fine with MSM tool, ran into soft brick once and wasn't too hardWasn't in the one i downloaded?
I've got other issues now, i think i need to use the MSM tool, i've not used it before so a little worried.
Tried to install a fastboot ROM to then install the CR droid ROM but that failed, so i'm without an OS for the moment, just downloading the MSM files to get back up and running.
Device is constantly booting to fastboot, by the looks of things it has everything installed, just won't boot for some reason? No idea.
Will upload the patched boot img once i'm back up and running.
Not worried as i'd have to work pretty hard to bork this phone.
You should be fine without going back to oos. Just make sure you do a factory reset in recovery. That's what I did coming from PE.I'm about to flash this so will make a patched image and upload here once I'm done.

I did yea, i've done this before with the p20 pro many times, wrote a guide on it lol, but there seemed to be quite a lot in the firmware i downloaded so thought i'd rely on a fastboot rom flasher, wish i hadn't now as i can't now flash boot images to slot_a or slot_bYou should do fine with MSM tool, ran into soft brick once and wasn't too hard
Did you try flashing another ROM via fastboot ?

The CR Droid ROM i downloaded was here
crDroid Android - Browse /instantnoodlep/7.x at SourceForge.net
Highly customizable Android Platformsourceforge.net
crDroidAndroid-11.0-20201219-instantnoodlep-v7.1-install-files.
That one.
There is no Rom flasher in that zip. So i tried another method and it went horribly wrong
Either way i knew i'd have to deal with the phone in this state at some point so i'm glad it's now and not when i'm off to work or something.
