Hello. Thanks for the hard work. I'm reporting bugs that I found in the camera app.
1. Can't switch to wide angle camera. The main camera stays active. Tried both tapping the button and gradually zooming out when holding it.
2. Can't switch to 48mp picture format. Which means that one can only take pictures at 12mp. When trapping the option, the app crashes. I'm not sure if that's normal, but for me the whole point of having OOS camera is keeping the high resolution.
I am running crDroid v8.7 by the way.
Thanks again.

You will need to disable "Ultra Wide Lens Correction" in the Settings in order to use wide angle camera.

Thanks, this worked for me. But as it says, the distortion in the image is quite noticeable. I wonder if it can be fixed somehow. What about the inability to use the full 48mp picture quality ?
Also I have a question regarding the user icon at the top of the settings menu, does it change only when signing to a Google account? I picked a picture in the contract's user info and multiple user setting but it did not change the icon at the top of settings menu. I know that's a minor thing but aside from those things, everything in this rom is great so far.
Thanks again.

On build crDroidAndroid-12.1-20220721-instantnoodlep-v8.7 again during a conversation, the screen vibrates periodically.
Good evening. I found the cause of the screen vibration during a call. In device extras -- touchscreen gestures -- single tap --- set to show ambient display. Disabling this feature resolves the issue.

    hi everyone,
due to personal reasons i can no longer maintain this (or any other) device.
i'm not gonna bother everyone why this is but it's temporary only i don't know how long.
i hope we find someone to replace me while i'm absent.
In the meanwhile keep enjoying crDroid and we'll meet again :)

I've been daily driving this for about a week and was waiting for a thread to post in. I haven't tried any of the other A12 roms, so I can't compare, but this is bonkers good straight out the gate. I came from crDroid 7.14.

I had no problem flashing, I installed Nikgapps A12 version from here and did the obligatory factory reset.
It's got all the customisation features I love about crDroid including Pulse - YAY! Safetynet passes straight out the box.
I got Magisk zygisk installed with safetynet fix 2.2.1 from here banking apps all work so far and safetynet passes while rooted.
    Viper installed - selinux enforcing
    Oneplus camera included

I'm not a power user by any means, I don't use g-pay and I don't care about autobrightness, but so far this seems to work just as well as crDroid 7 for my needs.

Thank you so much - what amazing Devs!!
