No it doesn't wipe data.
That's also why those switching from OOS will need to do manual wipe

Oh i reverted back to OOS through EDL.. and fingerprint is working.. updated to the latest.. root backup persist.. now reverted back to crdroid.. fingerprint is working again..

Can you give detailed steps on how you did this

Rom is pretty nice, fingerprint works even in setup for me, only issue I was having before. I am using the kb2007, t-mo, and I thought it was the persist.img issue other people were having but to get the fingerprint working I did a msm flash for t-mo, convert to international, and then to crdroid with a factory wipe. I couldn't seem to find a way to restore the persist.img and/or have it working on a custom rom but that method works. Aside from that everything is working, I will post logs for any bugs if I can find any

This rom is great but everytime I open the launcher settings to change wallpaper it crashes and won't let me change it.

Had the same issue on 8 Pro. It's a problem with the launcher. You can easily change wallpaper with other launcher or apps.

I think brightness on AOD is too much.
Please add setting brightness for AOD.

I noticed the brightness on AOD is normal when screen is automatically turn off.
But AOD is high brightness when screen off by double tap.
Sorry for my bad English.
