Can someone give me a discription of how well this rom runs?
Does it have system ui force closes like the other KK roms? Or any other minor annoyances that might prevent the rom from being a daily driver?
Im thinking of switching from the stock rom so some insight from the users of this rom would be appreciated.

I have always had lot of issues with My SP... Like
1. When I lock My phone, it takes at least 3 seconds for it to show unlock screen even if I immediately press the unlock button...
2. The phone freezes for a long time (but notification sound and vibration is there) after turning of WiFi or Mobile Data...
3. When I receive a call, it vibrates and then rings and then only it is displayed in the screen (all these happening in about an interval of 2 to 5 seconds and some times even 15-20 seconds)...
4. And lot more...

These are really annoying as it makes Me a lot impatient when I'm in a sudden need of internet or to attend a call... I had this problem in both stock as well as Custom ROM (I have only used PAC-man for the last 4 months)...
.
Is this a kernel issue or ROM??? Will it get solved if I flash a Kernel after Unlocking the Bootloader??? And what is the best Kernel for the latest built of PAC-man???

Yes, I did use that same exact link as well as the one provided by NeXus. Both ask me for the same key.

Yes, it IS helpful, accurate and concise. Don't be so bloody rude and ungrateful to people all the time, particularly when all they do is help people. If you can't find it from those simple instructions, try bloody well looking for it yourself, particularly as you don't appear to have the manners to say thank you.

Remove " <b/> " from the end of the url and the decrypt key message will be gone.

I'm not interested how many people hit "thanks", I just can't abide people who are as rude as you are, when people offer you help. His post was EASY to follow. An eight year old could have found what you were looking for from the info he provided, the fact you couldn't, and chose to be rude, rather than politely asking if he'd mind being more specific says more about you than me.

why there is no quick launch shortcuts on the lockscreen? with RC2 I could use it, enable flashlight, etc..

Actually I've tired all 3 links with the same result.
Also tried cleaning my Chrome temp/cache folders. Using IE. Nothing helps.
Just downloaded it with Mega app on my phone.
