I tried flashing this ROM several times including a full-wipe. It boots every time and I get to the language selection screen but I can't get past it. Keeps getting UNFORTUNATELY INSERT COINS HAS STOPPED. One time I got all the way to logging into wifi and entering my google account then it went back to the language screen with the coins has stopped message. I am running a 3113. I downloaded pac_p3110_KK.RC-3.dev_20141116-204451.zip again with the same results.

Thanks for taking on maintainer support for our tabs @ashwin007. I truly appreciate you keeping this going. I'm quite experienced in android (froyo/cm7 to JB) but got a 3113 kinda late so not too much I could contribute with all the awesome devs we've had that have done so much. By the time I came along, I found myself just reading threads to try and catch up with the latest developments. Not to mention researching the storage and chipset features.

Anyways, I work a lot but I will certainly do my best to contribute anything I can to this development. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

I have installed this rom on my galaxy tab2 p3100 a few minutes ago,following the way that you write on the above.
but after all finishes including boot has completed,can't enter in the start menu on android.
And what's the solution

Is there a mirror for this file other than Mega Hoop that I can get this file?

The password reset page for that silly site is not working for me.

I would really like to get back to Pac.

The other .dev file does the same error for me. P3113.

OK I got it to download to my Tab Pro and transfered via WiFi File Explorer.
Backinb up the Tab 2 now.

I agree, Mega is irritating, so thanks @Beeko for looking for a different place to store his releases. Another thing I find disappointing is when a thread is abandoned by its dev. Everyone has a personal life, but when one does not reply for over three days... Well, that does not make me feel confident about the future of this Rom.
