Newpipe often crash then playing video. Libretube did the same thing, but not provide log. Antenna pod sometimes can't play podcasts. All that problems disappear if close and open apps. On 19.1 all apps worked fine. Have anyone the same problems?

This is the same issue I mentioned before, I'm pretty sure. It's actually anything that plays audio or video that will stop working when it's been in the background for a while. It happens on Brave browser, NewPipe, Musicolet, Reddit is Fun, etc. Force stopping and reopening will fix it every time. It doesn't seem like it's happening to everyone, though? And it doesn't appear to be worked on currently.

In my humble opinion, the maintainers of lemonade and lemonadep (i.e. @LuK1337, @andr01dfr3ak, @mikeioannina, @ZVNexus, @bgcngm) are aware of this issue but we have to keep in mind that they are volunteers and they maintain these devices on their free time... so let's be patient.
Good news .... Corrections were merged on February 7 ... Thanks @LuK1337 !

*** EDIT *** This issue is resolved after applying the BINDER fix and has not recurred on the 20230305 nightly.

Another Bug Report (Aperature Camera Black Screen)
Model: LE2115 (NA)

What is your--
LineageOS Version: 20.0-20230208-NIGHTLY-lemonade
LineageOS Download URL: https://mirrorbits.lineageos.org/fu...age-20.0-20230208-nightly-lemonade-signed.zip
Gapps version: MindTheGapps-13.0.0-arm64-20221025_100653

Did you--
wipe: yes
restore with titanium backup: no
reboot after having the issue: yes

Are you using--
a task killer: no
a non-stock kernel: no
other modifications: Magisk, only module is Universal SafetyNet Fix v2.4.0

Bug info: @lingpeng initially posted this bug description here. In short, Aperature initially works fine. After the phone screen has been off for a while then re-opening Aperature does not start a video capture (the app opens and the UI is responsive, but the camera preview is black). Closing the app (by removing it from the active apps list) and restarting it temporarily resolves the issue.

Two logs attached; first one is during a camera failure (Aperature Problem), and second one is after Aperature has been restarted with a successful camera opening (Aperature Resolution).

Let me know if I can be of additional assistance. Happy to assist with debugging if desired!

hmm, so after reading through all of this thread I am still a bit confused about firmware.
Do I need to update the firmware if upgrading from Los19 to Los20?
There is no mention of it in the official documentation so I will assume not.
I just need to flash the zip - yes?
I am updating a friends phone in 12 hours, so if somebody could confirm before then it would be appreciated. I do not want to mess up her phone.
Thanks!

I think better way is flash it how it's wrote in the official documentation, but choose not last built (for example that

) and update to last one through updater in settings lineageos.

No need in your case ... Reminder : fw is embedded.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 13, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS GitHub repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

    Instructions:
    Downloads:
    GPL compliance:
    Reporting Bugs:
    • DO NOT report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed.
    • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    • If it is a random reboot, grab /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops and /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
    • If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

Both OP9 and OP9Pro builds have been temporarily halted because of the binder issue. Builds will resume once it is fixed.

Is this an official bug report to lineage? Because I really don't think Androifrk looks at thread. Or he started thread unofficial way back when and it went official. Not sure . Really wanna daily drive this though. Thought maybe would be fixed in 3/12 . I also though it was kernel side issue ,flashing latest blu_spark does not fix issue . Just really used to feature from running stock.
I am aware of this issue and am looking into it. I've just been busy with other things.

For now, just use single tap, since the kernel currently reports double tap as two single taps instead.

Installing LineageOS 20 via the official guide without any problem on my OnePlus 9 (LE2115) ... and everything works like a charm ... OP9/LOS20 is my daily driver !

My setup : latest build + MindTheGapps + ih8sn (to bypass Safetynet attestation without Magisk - see screenshots)
