Not really sure what you mean? This is official fully functional ROM.

You will have GSM .... You just need to change the baseband for which reason you will first have to flash using the LG tool ....

Just follow the instructions on the first page and you will be fine ... need more help on how to flash ?.. check out the other thread by doktornotor ( GingerLOL 1.2)

Its because mik is from Ukraine, so if mik rom is the best, u must use Ukraine way... i thing Ukraine close with Russian...
