So now all of a sudden after another reboot the "SIM NETWORK UNLOCK PIN" question pops up again and i am not able to call anyone...
It has been a hack of a rom downloading and switching fumbly load of work to get that working again.
So im off to it again this evening and after that im changing to RR.
Im outta here...

So, I gave the latest RR a try. It has changed a lot, so it is similar to the latest 5.7 version again. So far it is stable. If it stays that way, I will stick to it.

Right!
RR is the only stable version for my 9305. And yes: official LOS for this dev is not even beta. Disadvantage of all AOSP based 7.1 is the battery drain while in sleep mode. Seen also in RR. I came from cm12.1, power management was light years better.

I found, that when the phone is charging, it does not go to deepsleep. It stays on, no matter what the setting is. It must be switched off manually.
I found this on LOS as well as on RR. It stays on with the screensaver on.

Are you using a theme?
And how about your apps: custom Na... and Navbar Apps?
Are they probably causing that problem?

Is the system still resuming or has it been repaired? Please some screens or battery screen because I want to know if it is better or just like RR? Is the system stable? I mean, do I have to fear every update?

No one knows what is happening unless you provide some logcat. Logs always helpful if you're seeking help. Im not saying that im capable to help you, but im sure others can.

I would appreciate some help. I tried the latest nightly (20171101-nightly-i9305) for i9305 and I ran into the very familiar "no sim card found". I did flash the modem firmware listed in the initial post. I couldn't get it to work. I found the gps was not working either. There was no baseband information and imei field was empty as well. I would appreciate any kind of help. I disabled system profiles. I flashed the modem firmware after install of 14.1 but no avail. I found an old lineageos-cm13-20170719 build. I was able to install that. The baseband version is I9305XXUFPE1. Logcat didnt show any useful information .

TWRP : 3.0.2-1

grep modem log.txt showed the following.
