Hello guys hope u can help me out, i just upgraded to lineage-15.1-20180814 from lineage-15.1-20180807 and there is lag issues, i see under the the change logs that there has been some changes to the power settings.
power-8084: reduce interactive boost

* 1,1 GHz min freq is more than enough for interactive boost on apq8084
* default duration is unnecessarily long, reduce to 200 ms
* 1,5 GHz min freq on 2 CPUs for 1 sec is entirely sufficient for
launch action

i tried to downgrade with no luck and get stuck in the lock screen.

I understand this is done to save battery but i have no issues with battery life, and was hoping that the changes would not effect people that have settings set to performance under battery settings.
for an old phone like this every speed boost is a must for me to continue using this phone. is there any hopes of this getting fixed in the next build? would really love to keep using the latest lineage keep up the great work guys!

You can try changing your power profile in Settings > Battery > Battery saver and performance.

Verizon Nexus 6

I have problems with LOS 17.1 receiving phone call. I can make phone call and received text but not phone call. Does anyone using Nexus 6 on Verizon network have this issue?

If Verizon requires 4G for calls, you cannot use any recent rom. Some networks allow the phone to change to 3G for calling, and then it works fine - but 4G calling (VoLTE) requires a functioning IMS, and that won't work beyond Oreo (LOS 15.1).

BTW, there is another thread for LOS 17.1, this one is for 14.1.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of android, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock android for your device.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Wiki.

    Important Info
DON'T USE TWRP 3.0.2-0 OR OLDER WITH LINEAGEOS. IT DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY. USE NEWEST VERSION HERE

Current lineage 14.1 shamu nightlies are based on the N6F27M October 2017 update from google. So you should be using the radio and bootloader img from that update. They can be extracted from the factory image on google's site here. Or you can use the ones linked below that I already extracted:
Note: The radio and bootloader img is the same as the ones in last month's google update (NGI55D), so if your phone already has them you don't need to flash them.
    radio-shamu-d4.01-9625-05.45+fsg-9625-02.117.img
    bootloader-shamu-moto-apq8084-72.04.img
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR VERIZON USERS: Google released a separate October 2017 security update (NGI77B) just for verizon users that has a different radio. So you'll want to flash it. I repeat, THIS RADIO IS JUST FOR VERIZON USERS.
    radio-shamu-d4.01-9625-05.51+fsg-9625-02.118.img
You can use fastboot to flash the bootloader and radio.

More information and installation instructions can be found on the LineageOS wiki here.

    Download Links
    LineageOS: https://download.lineageos.org/shamu
Google apps: Beans GApps (recommend mini)
HEADS UP: When you initially install lineage, be sure you flash the gapps package with your ROM. If you boot your ROM, then go back and try to flash gapps after the fact, you're gonna have a bad time.
SU addon zip: Addon Install zip / Addon Removal zip NOTE: LineageOS does not come with root, so this is now provided for those that want it. The install zip is a one time flash, like gapps. Meaning, it persists when updating to a new LineageOS nightly. REF: https://download.lineageos.org/extras

That means there will be no more 14.1 builds.

Seems to me like a perfectly legitimate question. I imagine pretty much everybody on this forum is wondering much the same thing. I keep checking to see if there's a new forum for Oreo on the Nexus 6, but I haven't seen anything yet. Hopefully electroschmock will have a minute or two to reply and let us know what's happening with Oreo/15.0

Sorry for not posting news for so long. We were busy with merging the oreo_r30 release which took longer then expected. Additionally I'm very low on time and I don't have a dedicated development device. So I can't test very much. I'm doing a test build with hopefully working LED settings right now. If you want I can upload it and update this post later with the link to it. But it'll be untested.

Anyone wanting to keep track of the project. You are better off watching their Gerrit.

Most of the work is done on my github. I usually only push tested stuff to our gerrit.
