To be sure, I didn't use your build, I have compiled my own. But yes, the last days it feels much cooler.

Yup, I had installed the universal patch for flounder vendor and employed AdAway with custom blocking IP which redirects to pixelserv on my router. IPv6 is blocked by AdAway also, just in case.

Well, my two cents are that it was the Google Play Services bug, which is now solved in the Beta version.

No, i enabled it and changed some sdcardfs patches in the kernel that I figured were causing issues.
If you want to disable it, you can easily. Just change ro.sys.sdcardfs=true to false in the build.prop, and reboot.

Yup, there seems to be a problem with Camera. Use Opencamera.

To solve it, force stop Camera, clear its cache and storage, give it all permissions and then start Camera again.

I changed the default builtin camera app since people were mentioning an issue with it. It now has the aosp camera app, instead of snap

does this august build have the august security patches .If so then will take a look as i know there is a blue tooth security flaw and the august security patch fixes that blue tooth issue.

so will this rom just continue ot be developed with security patches til tthere isa fix for he hardware acceleeration with the nexus 9 wifi and lte version for us ot be on a current build of lineage. Just wondering also since hter isa new nvda shield with pie on it would be possible ot back port hat to hte nexus 9 since its using eh same tegra chip.i dont know but wondering abotu all this . .

@mrk2815 The Bluetooth security flaw affects Qualcomm components (not the closed source ones) but may require a firmware update and probably not included in the OpenSource user landscape of this rom. EOL!

With this old, device what are you doing on it, that makes your concerned about the security of it.

Allot of firmware patches haven't or won't be applied on this device anymore.

The only vulnerabilities marked critical were found in both Broadcom and Qualcomm components. The first of these issues was found in the Broadcom bluetooth component and was marked as such because it could enable a remote attacker, using a malicious transmission, to execute arbitrary code within the context of a privileged process on a device. The related bug (listed by CVE, Reference, and Type) is:

nothing much with the old nexus 9 lte any more.primarly itsa test device for apps and for just casual netflix and that sort of stuff have two other nexus devicesa bit more current hten this one .the nexus 7 wifi on lineage oreo and the nexus 6 on lineage 16. .

was reading up on the nexus 9 threads an there is an unofficial 15.1 working on the wifi model with hw video acceloration with most of the codecs. they They were able to get it to work with you tube, net flix, amazon prime video an a few other video services.i was wondering maybe razor loves could take a look.se if its been fixed and maybe bringing up a lineage 15.1 build for nexus 9 wifi and lte.but that's up to him.

Yup, too many apps can do that. Perform a factory reset and only install a few apps (only when needed).
