Unfortunetly google assistant either "unavailable for this language" or doesnt recognize my voice , I tried everything even got back to gapss from Feb same issues can't get google assistant to react to "ok google" if somebody knows how to fix that I would be gratefull.

Maybe this helps someone: I am using this ROM on N9 as well (older version currently) and am very happy with it. Except for my Dutch TV app that stopped working recently.
I also have a PixelC and in there they explained that Google revoked something that resulted in Netflix and TV streaming apps to not work any more:

So I renamed on N9 also the liboemcrypto.so and now Netflix, TV App works again!

Thanks for the build however I have a major issue. I am using the WiFi only build, clean flashed with open gapps. The ROM boots up fine, setup as new device and it's booted up but now each time it boots and I get to the main screen it will restart, is this a known issue with the latest build?

No issues here with the latest build on Nexus 9 WiFi.

Yeah, think it was me probably using wrong FW. Anyways flashed the 8.1 Lineage build and that's working.

Agree, the androidfilehost sheet doesn't work.

sorry about that. happened to several of my files on androidfilehost . they've really been screwing up lately.
new links in post above. switched over to sourceforge.
