Anybody with v410 pm me, as you probably seen Dan dropped v410 because he doesn't have as much time nowadays to maintain ****tone devices so I picked it up and need TWRP testers for v410
Thank you so much for this. My other tablet was stolen so I'm using a v410 that my friend gave to me, it's humbling to see devs like you still supporting the older devices. I downloaded and installed your new TWRP build. I'm going to try making a nandroid backup and then installing the latest official lineage 14.1 build; obviously I'll let you know how that goes.

Also if there's anything I can do/test to help LineageOS-15.0 become a reality please let me know. I tried forking the repos and messing around with them but then you guys overtook me lol. Any time I tried building it always stopped when it came to the kernel modules. But yeah anything in particular that needs testing with lineage or twrp, let me know. And thanks again for all of your selfless work :good:

UPDATE: New TWRP appears to be working fine, successfully made a nandroid backup (to external SD) and then clean flashed the latest official lineage 14.1 build along with stock opengapps (with gapps-config), magisk 14.0, a few modules, viper, etc. Only thing I haven't gotten to test yet is nandroid restore

Oreo kernel is ready on LineageOS it github, its now the device side issues (lots of them) that need to be fixed, to build lineage-15.0 you need to cherry-pick lots of stuff, my last repopick is here it also picks device tree changes to gerrit that will make it boot, though mostly everything is broken at the moment with only Bluetooth working. I'm not very experienced in bringups so it will most likely take me time to fix it all up. Help will always be appreciated!

Thank you for your work! Installed the last nightly two days ago after years working with the stock KK. Didn't expected to be possible to have nougat on this device but it is :)
Installed open-gapps micro and for now appears more or less stable. Wifi issue as reported is present but not so annoing. Two random reboots yesterday i hope bcause of using a beta version of opera mini, changed with a final rel now. Except that rom is awesome.

adam did you try the lg flash tool yet ?
I got someone to hack lollipop bootloader for us, otherwise 2e won't have stable oreo as it requires newer blobs and those blobs need newer firmware. But the aboot was not signed so now its dead, download mode is in bootloader and since that doesn't work then only way to fix it to put it in EDL and somehow flash signed aboot then

OK well if you do need to get a new tablet could you get a v410 because if you do that maybe you could get the lolipop stock somehow that would be a major thing if you could do that becauseni haven't seen it on the internet anywhere except for this one website but they want to charge credits to get it but if you did have to get a new one please get the v410 plus I think you can unlock the bootloader easy on v410

Its the same unlockability as v400. I live in UK so its completely useless to me, I won't even update to lollipop without at&t sim

Well when I got mine it came with lollipop so plus all you have to do is when you do get it there should be a sticker on the box that will tell you what it has on it also the v410s can't go back to lollipop without a sim but you guys can and if you could manage to make a dump of the whole os that would be a breakthrough for that device also the WiFi still doesn't auto connect will this be fixed in oreo

Don't remember if I said it here but without lollipop we will most likely not run oreo at all, due to sensors and wifi. And since the aboot cannot be hacked properly there is no way to use that firmware
