Anybody with v410 pm me, as you probably seen Dan dropped v410 because he doesn't have as much time nowadays to maintain ****tone devices so I picked it up and need TWRP testers for v410
Thank you so much for this. My other tablet was stolen so I'm using a v410 that my friend gave to me, it's humbling to see devs like you still supporting the older devices. I downloaded and installed your new TWRP build. I'm going to try making a nandroid backup and then installing the latest official lineage 14.1 build; obviously I'll let you know how that goes.Anybody with v410 pm me, as you probably seen Dan dropped v410 because he doesn't have as much time nowadays to maintain ****tone devices so I picked it up and need TWRP testers for v410
Oreo kernel is ready on LineageOS it github, its now the device side issues (lots of them) that need to be fixed, to build lineage-15.0 you need to cherry-pick lots of stuff, my last repopick is here it also picks device tree changes to gerrit that will make it boot, though mostly everything is broken at the moment with only Bluetooth working. I'm not very experienced in bringups so it will most likely take me time to fix it all up. Help will always be appreciated!Thank you so much for this. Also if there's anything I can do/test to help LineageOS-15.0 become a reality please let me know. I tried forking the repos and messing around with them but then you guys overtook me lol. Any time I tried building it always stopped when it came to the kernel modules. But yeah anything in particular that needs testing with lineage or twrp, let me know. And thanks again for all of your selfless work :good:

Sorry Adam i am running on v400...Does anybody here have v410's lollipop kdz firmware? I may want to update certain blobs from it
Sorry mine's been custom for years. I did see this link to a tot posted a few days back, but no one has confirmed authenticity or success.Does anybody here have v410's lollipop kdz firmware? I may want to update certain blobs from it
Dont worry Adam, take your time to solve your problems first! At the moment my v400 is hard bricked so I can't do anything until I get it fixed. And chances for fully working oreo decreased drastically
adam did you try the lg flash tool yet ?At the moment my v400 is hard bricked so I can't do anything until I get it fixed. And chances for fully working oreo decreased drastically
I got someone to hack lollipop bootloader for us, otherwise 2e won't have stable oreo as it requires newer blobs and those blobs need newer firmware. But the aboot was not signed so now its dead, download mode is in bootloader and since that doesn't work then only way to fix it to put it in EDL and somehow flash signed aboot thenadam did you try the lg flash tool yet ?
OK well if you do need to get a new tablet could you get a v410 because if you do that maybe you could get the lolipop stock somehow that would be a major thing if you could do that becauseni haven't seen it on the internet anywhere except for this one website but they want to charge credits to get it but if you did have to get a new one please get the v410 plus I think you can unlock the bootloader easy on v410I got someone to hack lollipop bootloader for us, otherwise 2e won't have stable oreo as it requires newer blobs and those blobs need newer firmware. Its the same unlockability as v400. I live in UK so its completely useless to me, I won't even update to lollipop without at&t simOK well if you do need to get a new tablet could you get a v410 because if you do that maybe you could get the lolipop stock somehow that would be a major thing if you could do that becauseni haven't seen it on the internet anywhere except for this one website but they want to charge credits to get it but if you did have to get a new one please get the v410 plus I think you can unlock the bootloader easy on v410
Well when I got mine it came with lollipop so plus all you have to do is when you do get it there should be a sticker on the box that will tell you what it has on it also the v410s can't go back to lollipop without a sim but you guys can and if you could manage to make a dump of the whole os that would be a breakthrough for that device also the WiFi still doesn't auto connect will this be fixed in oreoIts the same unlockability as v400. Don't remember if I said it here but without lollipop we will most likely not run oreo at all, due to sensors and wifi. And since the aboot cannot be hacked properly there is no way to use that firmwareWell when I got mine it came with lollipop so plus all you have to do is when you do get it there should be a sticker on the box that will tell you what it has on it also the v410s can't go back to lollipop without a sim but you guys can and if you could manage to make a dump of the whole os that would be a breakthrough for that device also the WiFi still doesn't auto connect will this be fixed in oreo
Wait could we use the v400s lollipop or no?Don't remember if I said it here but without lollipop we will most likely not run oreo at all, due to sensors and wifi. And since the aboot cannot be hacked properly there is no way to use that firmware
