I've been searching at LineageOS websites but nothing far as I tried, theres no bug tracker, maybe here is the best place to mention this, the LineagOS latest's builds have a bug on WIFI that drops the network and it doesn't connect until you make a forced restart, this is not related to baseband anymore and the actual baseband I have was working great with PureNexus ROM, no WIFI drops, meanwhile at LineageOS this issue is still persistent, do you think you might be able to fix this issue or this requires somes hacks from LineageOS source code ?

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 7.1 (Nougat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (GApps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS GitHub repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Gerrit Code Review.

su addon: https://download.lineageos.org/extras (arm)

Google apps:
OpenGapps: http://opengapps.org/ (Platform: ARM, Android: 7.1, Variant: nano)
HEADS UP: Be sure you flash the GApps package with your ROM. If you boot your ROM, then go back and try to flash GApps after the fact, you're gonna have a bad time.

There is a bug tracker: jira.lineageos.org
As to your specific issue, I don't see it on CRDroid, which is based upon LOS 14.1, so perhaps it is a bug in your current build?

LineageOS stuck at boot

I am trying to install LineageOS 14.1 on a Nexus 4 that was running CM13 fine, but it is stuck in the boot animation. I wiped everything, tried 2 or 3 different nightlies, installed only LOS without Gapps or root addon, nothing helps. Any suggestions?

The only idea I have is a wrong/too old TWRP version.
I installed LOS14.1 on my mako (hmmm, maybe 6 months ago) after messing around with it a lot (I even tried Ubuntu on it) without any glitch.

I have a question, can I just apply the latest update? Or do I need to apply them all in order?
There are special steps you'd need to take to successfully migrate from 14.1 to 15.1.
However, in general it's always OK to just download the latest version and skip all the intermediate versions. Each update contains a complete copy of the entire OS and it can be treated as a standalone installable unit.

(This is different from some manufacturers' OTA "delta" updates, which only contain the *differences* between the current build and the build that immediately preceded it. Those delta updates are each individually smaller downloads, but they require all the intermediate updates to already be installed before you can install the latest update on top of them.)
