This happened again, couldnt get a log. I slept at nearly 3 am and put an alarm for 5:30 am. The alarm went off on time but the screen didnt turn on, all i could hear is the alarm ringing and notification light blinking. Had to force reboot the device to stop the alarm. Nearly went mad but forgot to take a logcat. Anyone facing the same issue on 12/10 build. I have boeffla but this, im sure isnt a kernel related issue. Also have greenify running in root mode, but i have whitelisted everything important.

Reproduced the issue. Happens when phone goes into doze. Used greenify to kick in doze sooner. Thats the reason. I dont know why is It happening it shouldnt happen coz i have whitelisted everything related. Nevertheless here are the logs for the developer hope this can be fixed asap

I think you are completely out of support here custom kernel + greenify...

Why don't you just go back to stock LOS kernel and confirm because nobody here on stock kernel is having reboots

btw i know i don't have enough time to read through all threads here but everybody can use the possibility to use lineage's jira to report bugs or you can also just try to send an email to my github mail.

Im having three problems right now, no notifications when my phone goes in deep sleep or doze (occasionally i get push notifications), clock app has problems, and my google play store always stops working i dont know why the heck... Ill try clean flashing it again after clearing the data partition, i feel like some apps might be conflicting as i had restored some apps data from MM.

For me battery life is remarkably good. SOT is much better. At this moment I already have 1h 45 min SOT while its 70%!

How do you get such amazing battery? Mine sits around 40% after 1,45 of SOT.

Thanks to you for making the development possible! Phone seems very stable and doesn't get warm like it used to!
Just one thing, could you please take a look into lags when waking up phone from deep sleep?
And I'm not sure of this but are all security holes patched in our kernel?

I'm getting it after two complete charge cycles (from extreme zero to 100) and got around 4h SOT since then. WiFi + Both SIMs, no gaming. Facebook, Instagram, quite a lot of typing and occasional Snapchat usage. I've set vibrations to 75%. Screen with very subtle brightness.

I get around 4 hours too. But you mentioned 1,45 while having 70% of battery left. So I guess the battery was not calibrated then. I do not understand the first sentence completely I guess.

Yea when I was writing that post I did a quick SOT check and it was it, surprised me too! Multiple factors maybe, brightness, sometimes multiple apps using cpu together for notifications :laugh:
Nevertheless, battery life has improved :good:

I am testing right now. Lost 15% on one hour of SOT so far. The best I had yet.

Loving the battery life at the moment. But I had 2 reboots in last few days. One was while I was doing a voice call via WhatsApp, the other one when I got a Facebook messenger call. Doesn't happen everytime. Will edit this reply if happens again. I dirty flashed the last few updates though. Maybe that's why.

Last nightly: uptime 46hours,no reboots, no freezes, no lag, great mobile signal. Amazing!

please don't trust cve tracker. our cve state is always like kernel qcom_msm8994. i don't update oneplus2 because there is a tool should copy state from one kernel into another but it's broken. i wait for someone to fix.

12th October is one great build finally, having set it up as quick profile and still getting great battery life, very fast charging even via USB and no crashes or freezes whatsoever

On very heavy usage 4k recording of concert plus WhatsApp video call I got 3hours of SOT but most importantly I thought phone will explode from usage and it did not :laugh:

A bit warm but never too hot, generally very happy just my reception indoors is crap but that's HW issue of my phone probably (still signal seems best out of previous builds)

BTW oneplus 5 camera is having some fantastic video and picture quality on this ROM and old phone

You linked the wrong one.. That's is for general qcom 8994.
