Hi there.
I need to go back to Stock Oreo, but fastboot commands are saying that I'm downgrading (seems logic as I'm apparently going from 8.1 to 8.0) and thus denying the flash of several files.
Any idea on how to properly do it? Been searching for the last 2 hours but without success.

Thank you for your hard work.
I can report that on model XT1710-11 camera video does not work at all and camera is crashing. No other camera app from Play store does not work. regardless of settings.

Everything works perfect but the camera.
Tried with the stock gapps camera and keeps crashing as i opens it.
Tried with Motorola Camera and kinda works, sometimes it freezes while changing modes and video doesnt work at all.
Anyone knows why?

I don't have any issues with OpenCamera. Default Lineage camera app also seems to work just fine but I didn't use it much.

Ik tried this rom for a couple of days. I think it is a good rom but... I went back to stock rooted, with nova launcher. In the past for some types of mobile phones its good to use lineage roms. For the z2 play I think it is not. A lot of hardware features you can't use with it. The camera is not so stable, android auto did not work, some sensors dot work. The battery mod only work good after the use of automate..... Some times it goes slow.

Which Dolby is compatible? I think I have it. Because in the 20180917 version of the LOS that I was using, I was with the Magisk v16 and the module, and they were fully functioning, so much so that I came back to it.
I did not say it was LOS's problem. I think it's the same module. Maybe after the ROM turned Treble.

It's pretty damn stupid they removed a perfectly good ROM from their downloads just because it doesn't have a official committed maintainer.

Why? Because it's the best this phone has at the moment....
(8.1, tweaks and Mod support)

You rock, I can just dirty flash this right?

I just happen have one of those carriers who are terrible at pipelining the updates, not to mention Motorola's terrible track record and 8.0 missing some very valuable features compared to 8.1. That makes custom ROMS like this invaluable to me.

Bluetooth battery level, WiFi turning itself back on without the use if a third parry app, improvements to security, just to name a few...
