How to fix camera which is FS always after update from playstore?

Why do you think you can update an app from playstore for which devs spend so much time to port for non google devices? You have to stick with the apk you got or try a different one but not update through playstore.

It's not installing the camera

Uninstall previously installed Gcam if any then try. Make sure camera 2 api is enabled (not a cause for installation failure). If it does not install even then I am not sure what is your ROM set up. Its working fine here.

Someone please explain me that what is the difference between direct ROM.zip file flashing from recovery and adb sideload.,...which one is best......is there any difference or both process are same....please .
Anyone know what is happening with this ROM? No builds for weeks already.

I tried the microG version (is there a thread to discuss it?) : I was using a build from march until now with barely any issue, however on June build, pressing the "locate button" on Google maps (but also FlightRadar24 and more) crash said app straight, no matter which gps mode I'm using.

I want to resurrect my Land - currently running an old version of Lineage 14.1. It's been a while since I've flashed anything on this device and just want to check I have the process in the correct order:-
1. Update TWRP with twrp-3.3.1-1-land.img
2. Wipe cache, dalvic cache, system, data
3. Flash latest firmware - is this step necessary and if so where can I source this? & if I do flash firmware, is a reboot to recovery needed before continuing?
4. Flash ROM & Gapps arm64
5. Reboot to system and pray
Can one of you lovely people confirm I have the correct process and I haven't missed anything?

correct but if you were on miui or an encrypted rom..
after step 1 ..
please do "factory reset" and then follow remaining steps :good:
