vol up vol down + power, or enable advanced restart under developer options and you will get option to reboot into recovery on long press power button under restart.

I have an issue.
1. Unlocked bootloader - Success
2. Flashed TWRP - Success
3. Flashed this ROM- lineage-16.0-20191009-nightly-land-signed - Success
4. Flashed open_gapps-arm64-9.0-nano-20191009 - Success
Device was successfully able to boot into Lineage OS. But when I flashed Gapps, I am stuck at the boot animation for more than 5 minutes and then the device again booted into TWRP...
Has anyone experienced this? What has happened?

Not literally the last, but it's one of the last official 15.1 builds for land (20190717):

Its unfortunate that they didn't even keep the last builds for old devices.
It would have just used about 2-3gb per device. If they were lacking storage space then they could have used AndroidFileHost or SourceForge or Archive.org
But worry not, I have collected LineageOS last version links for land :-

please help. i have problem with this rom. everytime i reboot/turn on the phone, system date cannot remember date & time, and always sync to hwclock (Nov 23 1971) everytime i turn on/restart the phone.
problem solved by flashing fastboot rom, then flash this rom again.

Redmi 3s here. I installed LOS 16.0 and I put a SIM card in. No 3G or 4G. Tried different settings, APN's, different preferred connection types. When I call a number the phone switched to 3G and then internet started working until the next reboot. Sometimes 4G came on when I traveled between different BTS stations.
When I downgraded to 15.1 everything started working fine out of the box ie. 4G almost all the time.
Stock firmware is also working fine.
Anyone know how to get 3G/4G internet running in 16.1?

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

- If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
- Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

I've tried to check several reports but failed to reproduce.. if further bug reports are reported properly it'll be helpful to fix them. How to do so is mentioned in RED in first post.
