Never. But you can check for 17.1 builds in these commits. I don't really see OP2 there.

After a fresh install (with TWRP 3.3.1) I‘ve got a boot loop. Any idea?
I'm still on official TWRP 3.2.1.0 for oneplus 2, where can you get 3.3.1 for the oneplus 2 thanks.
