Can i flash it through cyanogen recovery??
And is unloced bootloader necessary for it?

You have to unlock bootloader to flash a custom ROM (Like - LineageOS, CyanogenMod, MIUI, etc).

Instruction to unlock bootloader and flash custom ROM.

You can download official lineageOS for yureka from here.

You need to flash gapps to use google services like play store, Youtube, maps, etc.

This is not the expected answer. i dont want to keep data on for jio4gvoice. In volte modem, we dial from phone dialer only. Like i am using crdroid with volte in yureka. i dont have the jio4gvoice app.
Why did you give volte patch in link than?

Before replying to any user see the thread heading/description...... What it mention.....
Firstly this is not the VoLTE Rom thread see the heading first......official LineageOS don't support VoLTE......

Many user requested to upload the 4G VoLTE patch link thats the reason i have given the link in the download section so it will be easy for the user to download the file in same section/area.....

Root isn't necessary. Just flash TWRP recovery and flash ROM + Gapps.

Please explain.
Make sure device bootloader is unlocked.
Which ROM and Recovery you're using currently?
What's the TWRP version you're trying to flash and what is the error?

Thanks for the great ROM. It's really smooth and improved battery performance against stock version.
One issue i am facing while connecting device to my computer, Device recognized by computer, but can't access internal/ext. sd card storage to copy files. Plz. suggest solution.

when u connect usb cable from phone to PC then in the status bar this option will appear picture 1
after that click on picture 1 then picture 2 will appear from there click on [Transfer files].........thats it

here Picture 1 & Picture 2 is attached below....check it then u will understand the full system....
