What do you peoplemean by glashing the kernel again. If i am on hydracore with stock ics. The next thing i do is flashing the rom then update the gapps then do we again have yo flash the kenel????

Yes. The OP states to flash a kernel separately - backreading, you'd see that the rom doesn't have a kernel on it's own. Flash any CM10 based / HC kernel after flashing rom and gapps.

But be careful. You have to flash an pre October 03. CM10 Kernel without the new Mali Drivers. Otherwise the Rom won't boot. Hydracore 5.4 is ok as well.
I can confirm that HC 6.2 beta 3 (which can be found at http://d-h.st/Q1d) solved my memory leaks problems.

I think the development for this Rom is finished. Dev has new devices and will cook now for them....
