Hey, I have found a bandaid method to fix it. It doesn't stick, but it's simple. When you start up your BT Audio, just make a call, it doesn't have to connect, but it must stop the audio. Hang up the call and let the audio resume. Bass will be kickin'. So just let it get to the phone launcher with the audio stopped and hang up instantly (unless you need to make that call
64g cards are supported in this rom and Cm. Search how to format it.
i was wondering about this too, every cm10 rom i've tried the signal just randomly shuts off, i'll go to try to send a text and realize the 3g service is off, i gave up and just been flashing touchwiz roms cuz the signal is consistent...

The easiest way of doing this, is to download the ROM directly to your phone, then use a file explorer, such as Root Explorer, ES File Manager, Androzip, etc, to locate and browse the zip file, then get to /system/app and you'll find it in there... EDITED: you can always run a search, there's plenty of TUTs and posts out there laying out most of the stuff we need explained
